I was outside Fox News this morning for their All-American Summer Concert Series, featuring Pat Benatar (woo hoo!).
Had a little video camera, and despite checking it, I had to change the batteries once early on. I thought enough to bring a spare pair of double A's. Here are some of the songs she performed:
Pat Benatar, "Promises in the Dark"
Pat Benatar, "Hit Me With Your Best Shot"
Pat Benatar, "Hit Me With Your Best Shot" (Short Reprise)
Pat Benatar, "Love is a Battlefield"
If you caught "Love is a Battlefield" live on Fox and Friends, I was right there in the audience, near the camera.

Some people avoid going to the doctor because they dont want to find out that anything is wrong with them. Some people avoid going to church for the same reason. But ignorance of our sickness doesnt make us healthy, and ignorance of our sin doesnt make us innocent
Roman law is considered to be the source of the idea that ignorance of the law excuses no one. But the concept originated much earlier. When God gave the law to Israel, He established that even unintentional sin required a sacrifice for forgiveness (Lev. 4; Ezek. 45:18-20).
In his letter to Christians living in Rome, the apostle Paul addressed the issue of ignorance or lack of understanding. When people were ignorant of Gods righteousness, they made up their own (Rom. 10:3). When we live according to our own standards of right and wrong, we might feel good about ourselves, but that doesnt make us spiritually healthy. Only when we are measured by Gods standard of righteousness (Jesus) do we know the condition of our spiritual health.
None of us can achieve the righteousness of Christ, but thankfully we dont have to. He shares His righteousness with us (5:21). The good news about finding out whats wrong with us is that the Great Physician can make us well.

Hi Connie....(HUGS))
From a preview single off their new 2012 album, their first in I believe sixteen years, Mazzy Star - Lay Myself Down
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sVxjMUU8puc
The sound of Mazzy Star is best described as atmospheric, psychedelic country/folk pop, sort of dreamlike, obviously hard to categorize, lol. The band is best known for 1993’s “Fade Into You,” with lead singer Hope Sandoval going on to form her own band, Hope Sandoval & The Warm Inventions, prior to the recent reunion of Mazzy Star.
I’ve always liked tbe sound of her voice, whatever the iteration.
I’m in, fashionably late...
