Anonymous sources presented secret wiretap applications last week to the chairman of the Congressional committee which could spell disaster to Attorney General Eric Holders Fast and Furious defense.
The evidence reveal high-level Department of Justice officials approved the gun walking tactics that could have led to the death of a U.S. Border Patrol agent.
The committee has been trying for 15-months to get information from Holder, who has used every legal, and arguably illegal means, to stall the committee from furthering their investigation with information from the Department of Justice (DOJ).

Except for Nancy Pelosi. She’s special that way.
It was one of her special delusions.
for all the love this tyrannical adminstration shows to illegal Mexicanos...you’d think they would have a little regret over the massive killing fields brought on my OUR govt...
(Nixon got run off, Clinton got a pass.)
When watching the Dems on cspan, they said gun walking started under Bush and was contimued under Obama. If you are not informed, you would hear this and wonder. But if you had read this book, then would tend to jump up, scream "you lie!" at the TV and proceed to prove it with facts.
Hats off to this young lady for an excellent job...finally we encounter a real journalist.
There will be hundreds of lawsuits for wrongful death brought by Mexican Nationals whom lost family members to these weapons.
I also see criminal prosecution against Holder when we have a new administration in January. It appears to me that Holder is probably guilty on conspiracy and an accessory to murder.
Obama will pardon him maybe? However, there are others below Holder that are also criminally involved. Right now they have great motive to talk if they think Obama will lose the election. How would you like to be prosecuted while your boss walks free with a pardon and you were doing his bidding?
With Holder and Obama trying to court the Hispanic vote by claiming the F&F investigation is to disenfranchise them, the "Super Pac" needs to SHOUT that Holder and Obama are involved in an active coverup in the illegal international trade of weapons to the drug cartels AND the murders of over 300 innocent Mexicans.

I should have pinged you to #9 since your name is in it.
See responses at 12 & 34.
And, have a great Independence Day, I know I will as I have the two oldest grand kids going to the lake with me.
And Obama's supplied weapons to the bad guys, fighting AGAINST THE MEXICAN GOVERNMENT, that have killed more innocents in Mexico than we lost in Viet Nam. I believe the Mexican death toll is approaching 60,000.

How do you bust the cops? Who will prosecute Holder in this day and age?
I respect Issa, but I don't see that much will happen. The DOJ (obviously) has already said they won't play.
It better happen! The democrats are the biggest race baiters and this will hit them right in the huevos...
The House of Representatives cant arrest anyone.
The House also cant make anyone else arrest anyone.
Here's a question though... I believe that if someone in government KNOWINGLY breaks the law, they are no longer covered by their immunity of office. If it can be shown that Obama and Holder were directly involved in the smuggling of weapons to the drug cartels (how many laws were broken there?) that resulted indirectly in the death of someone (in this case Agent Terry), then wouldn't there be at the very least, a case for charges of "wrongful death" against Holder and Obama? It would be GREAT to be able to file criminal charges, but given the fact that Holder would have to charge himself and Obama with crimes, I'm sure that would happen. So the Terry family and the American public will probably have to be satisfied with a civil suit, especially since Obama will probably pardon both Holder and himself. Maybe Mexico could declare them both to be international war criminals...
It really galls me knowing that there will probably never be a conviction in the Terry case, because the people behind the murder are in change of the criminal prosecution.

The House has no enforcement mechanism when it comes to criminal charges. They can only make a referral to those who do, but can’t make anything happen.
You already know that.
Something interesting, the House also voted for civil contempt not only criminal contempt.
They said it was because they know the criminal will go nowhere...the federal prosecutor for DC works for Holder.
I’m assuming they think this will help any effort to pursue Holder civilly, but I hadn’t heard of civil contempt of the House before...
I’ve heard that it’s in regards to Obama declaring executive privilege, which will require a judge see EVERY contested document involved.
Or I may be getting this mixed up with something else. But I do wonder about the civil charges of “wrongful death” against Holder and Obama, since if they can be shown to have broken the law, they should lose their immunity of office.
Mark
Hold your daughters tightly. Soon we’ll ALL be going down - together!
Executive privilege claims will be handled in front of a federal judge and are seperate from the civil contempt of the House against Holder.
As for any wrongful death civil lawsuit, that would need to be pursued by the family of the slain agents.
Who would prove that they broke the law, is my question?
Oh, it’s obvvious laws were broken in the gun running, but pinning the broken laws on Obama and Holder would be difficult because there’s no special counsel for this and they aren’t going to go after themselves.
And since who knows how many guns are still out there, people could be getting shot and killed every day thanks to Holder0bastard et al.
The number of Mexicans killed is, AFAIK, an estimate. Could be more Americans, as well. Who’s keeping track? Checking numbers on weapons, making lists? The same traitors that put the guns out there!
It appears we may have our own "deep throat" inside the DOJ.
