Health Loss is Lost USA (Not: Obama toast, Mitt won, Mandate/Tax)

The country founded by our fathers is dead. So many _modernists_ articles posted already on this DC conquest, of a once free people. The heavily educated modernists _know_ that nothing evil has transpired as DC/USG shreaded the USConstitution, from the Reserve creation, Corporate Excise Tax of 1913 mutation into Individual Income Tax, Individual Withholding, Social Security, Medicare/Medicad, to DC complete control of individual HealthCare.

We've come full circle and the majority of USAians don't really know what the root of the USSC decision; see above. USA has allowed the ongoing DC usurpation of the clear intent of USConstitution: a Federal government with limited, enumerated powers has mutated into a government with any powers it declares itself to have.

Sure there are people who think otherwise, but they _want_ to choose otherwise; they do not want USG as defined by the fathers.

The point is, this is the only recourse left to us now. Five men and women let us down today. In November, it’s up to us to answer them. And when Romney wins, we must hold him accountable to keep his promise to repeal this.

Argue in the chambers of Congress and to the American people that it is not a tax and then argue in front of SCOTUS that it is a tax. Dems lie, liberty dies...

We were warned that Mr. Soetoro wanted to “fundamentally change America”, so shame on us all for not believing him. A college constitutional lecturer who considers the Constitution is a “charter of negative liberties” brought down the country with a “pass it first, then read it” parlimentary parlor game. We were told by Sen McCain not to be “skeered” of an Obama Presidency. Shame on all of us. Who is surprised here? Throw ALL the bums out.

My frontal lobe pulsates with a monotonous languor. This is nothing if not a cowardly opinion by a chief justice whom has made his term as chief, a laughing stock.

That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

I'd say it is time to remove the consent of the governed, from the government. Somehow our government has taken on a life of it's own, and has been able to consistently operate in ways against the majority's wishes. It is clear the majority of the citizens of the US have come down against this law, but it has become almost impossible to make the government, in it's present form, responsive to the people. It is my opinion that the government should be abolished for this reason. I am fully aware that I will now be a name in DHS database of potential terrorists(If I'm not already in there). It is time though to begin to give serious thought about how best to gain control over our own lives, and how to gain control over our government as it has become a destructive behemoth which tramples the rules and rights under which it obtained its initial charter and has violated the contract it made with the society from which it received its authority.

Another large reason the government has lost it's permission to govern us, is that it has put in place significant systems to prevent us from abolishing it, and/or replacing it. It has become self-perpetuating, in the sense that it acts as if it has some type of artificial intelligence, much as if it has become a "HAL" like computer/robot and is capable of increasing it size and consistently operating against the wishes of the people, without it having to face any serious repercussions. "J'accuse". It is Obama, the democratic party, the republicans, and the "Chicago-machine" politics which have made this clear to anyone who can think.

Not really.

The Founders decreed that Congress could vote a tax on anything they wanted.

The Democratic Congress and Obama voted for an egrarious new tax on the American people even though they promised time and time again while campaigning that they wouldn't.

Dems always lie and hike taxes. That became clear once again today.

There's just one Republican with a credible record replace ObamaCare and that man appears to be the GOP nominee.

In terms of election positioning with swing voters, we may be fortunate Romney's the nominee on this issue.

Actually Congress cannot tax whatever they want. They may only lay indirect taxes according to USC. States have the power to lay direct taxes. The whole Excise Tax mutating into an Individual Income Tax is central to this muse. USSC decisions contratradicting these facts are part of the mutation which so many moderists are completely unaware of and therefore have become a part of.

I’m sure a few state’s attorney’s general’s will now find the stones to make “Justice” Roberts get out his pen and provide the Court’s Constitutional definition of just exactly what a tax is....and perhaps he can also find enough gray matter to explain to us why this “special tax” is NOT a “head tax” or a “poll tax”

“A poll tax (head tax or capitation tax, per U.S. English usage) is a tax of a portioned, fixed amount applied to an individual in accordance with the census (as opposed to a percentage of income). When a corvée is commuted for cash payment, in effect it becomes a poll tax (and vice versa, if a poll tax obligation can be worked off). Head taxes were important sources of revenue for many governments from ancient times until the 19th century. There have been several famous (and infamous) cases of head taxes in history, notably a tax formerly required for voting in parts of the United States that was often designed to disenfranchise poor people, including African Americans, Native Americans, and white people of non-English descent (e.g., the Irish). In the United Kingdom, poll taxes were levied by the governments of John of Gaunt in the 14th C., Charles II in the 17th and Margaret Thatcher in the 20th century.

Further, Federal USG is _stealing_ direct tax money from all of the states, then bribing and coercing them with it, so they can have some of it back.

The was Federal USG taxes citizens of a state is via apportionment; the Fed send the Sovereign states a tax bill and the state levies any kind of tax to raise the money.

This way the states defend the citizen. The only way which _could_ work. We are rapidly moving to world quasi-government agencies/government wherein there is never truly representation. Members aren't voted in and even if they were, what kind of silly representation would there be at a say 500 reps for 8 billion people. The same outrageous kinds of ratio that USAians have allowed FedUSG in their Congress and DC bureacrasters.

One person disappears against Congress but is visible at the state level, where the police power including direct taxing power legally exists.
