I don’t give a rat’s @$$ what he may have been threatened with if indeed he was. He just condemned an entire political system to collapse and his sorry butt simply isn’t worth it.

Unsubstantiated rumors that the wads of cash in the stimulus were directed to banks outside the U.S. where funds were put aside for Roberts and other "key" U.S. officials to buy their compliance. The decision today only reinforces that possibility. The Golden Rule...the one with the gold rules. Principles, character and good moral compass have no influence over political animals easily corrupted with money.
