This is a magnificent, and accurate, post. Downticket is absolutely vital in November even if we have a thoroughly horrible Presidential candidate
Romney has ONE chance to get this right. He needs to say, today, that he will repeal this monstrosity immediately -- in full and without exception. Give the Congressional candidates something to run on.
The Tea Party has just been thrown into hyperdrive. If Romney wants conservatives on board, the Chief Weasel of the United States Supreme Court has just given him the opportunity.
Kennedy got it right. Unbelievable
I know it's a stretch, but this decision could be viewed as the high court giving us the motivation to answer the call of our ancestors. I can think of few other things that would motivate the American people to truly fight back against a government gone wild.
I just raised the Gadsden outside on my flagpole. Was considering flying old glory upside down, but cannot bear to see it (even though it might be appropriate).

I want to know the brand name of whatever it is that you put in your coffee. Is it legal in Nevada? Romney is 3/4 Democrat, he is not going to repeal anything.
Thank you for the praise for my post.

Repeal of this law is no longer enough. The Supreme Court just gave Congress unlimited power over our lives. Unless and until a future Supreme Court REVERSES THIS RULING, a simple repeal of Obamacare would still not restore our freedom.
So far, all I’m hearing are crickets from Myth.
After what he set up in Massachusetts, he probably agrees’
with the CJ.
I am crushed.
SCOTUS BLOG: “Salvaging the idea that Congress did have the power to try to expand health care to virtually all Americans, the Supreme Court on Monday upheld the constitutionality of the crucial and most controversial feature of the Affordable Care Act. By a vote of 5-4, however, the Court did not sustain it as a command for Americans to buy insurance, but as a tax if they dont. That is the way Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr., was willing to vote for it, and his view prevailed. The other Justices split 4-4, with four wanting to uphold it as a mandate, and four opposed to it in any form.”
