Germans Look To Obama Only As An Example Of What Not To Do
IBD Editorials ^ | June 26, 2012 | Editor

Europe: When the biggest spender in all history bluntly gets told to pay off his own debts before he starts lecturing others, it's a sure sign the adults have taken charge in Germany and the U.S. is being judged by its results.

President Obama must have been taken aback by the forcefulness of German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble's statement to German public broadcaster ZDF Sunday: "Mr. Obama should first of all take care of reducing the American deficit, which is harder than in the eurozone," he said. "People are always very quick at giving others advice."

Schaeuble was reflecting sentiment in fiscally responsible Germany, which is being pressured by Obama to do what he did and ramp up spending, because he really believes such spending equals economic growth.

And how's that deficit spending working out? After shelling out a record $15 trillion since Obama took office, the U.S. remains mired in the weakest economic recovery in history. That's what the president bought with his stimulus, his takeover of the health care system and his vast new regulatory regime.

Germany actually has a working economy! Why on earth would they give money (again) to the non-productive portion of their union to prop them up again? Not a difficult decision.

The only finance ministers in Europe who would look to a rubberhead like Obamanation would be Greece, Italy, Spain, and now may be France. You couldn’t find a more irresponsible financial moron even among’st the 16 to 20 somethings who have mommy and daddy’s credit card.

LOL, ahhh seems like only yesterday, Germany and indeed all of Europe was swooning and screaming like teenyboppers before the American Idol, lecturing us to “do the right thing” and coronate him lord & savior. Mucking Forons.

Yup, you’re right. I’ll never forget that snotty little Brit comedian Russel Brand telling us to “Puleezze put Obama in The White House America!’’ F**k Europeans and what they think.

* ( Germans Look To Obama Only As An Example Of What Not To Do ) * .....

That's has got to be one of the greatest laugh lines for today.

The Germans finally totally " GET IT " as before in 2008 ? all of Europe and Germans wanted Obama, and now they know what not to do...

One thing these Dictators, Commies do not like is being laughed at and ridiculed.

No one wants them now, except the hard core commies and leftist.

What Germany almost tried to do in WWII but could not do, now they could do with a stroke of a pen and adsorb most of Europe into one big Germany or a federation of Germany.

" And how's that deficit spending working out? After shelling out a record $15 trillion since Obama took office, the U.S. remains mired in the weakest economic recovery in history. "

And after almost 4 years at the reins of power and in power, it's still all George Bush's fault in Obama's and the left's mind.

The Italians still love him too.
Is it a coincidence that all the countries that are in trouble financially love him and the productive countries see the truth now ?
Still can't figure why he would still get a large part of the Jewish vote.
