The Obama administration said Monday it is suspending existing agreements with Arizona police over enforcement of federal immigration laws, and said it has issued a directive telling federal authorities to decline many of the calls reporting illegal immigrants that the Homeland Security Department may get from Arizona police.
Administration officials, speaking on condition they not be named, told reporters they expect to see an increase in the number of calls they get from Arizona police — but that won’t change President Obama’s decision to limit whom the government actually tries to detain and deport.
“We will not be issuing detainers on individuals unless they clearly meet our defined priorities,” one official said in a telephone briefing.
The official said that despite the increased number of calls, which presumably means more illegal immigrants being reported, the Homeland Security Department is unlikely to detain a significantly higher number of people and won’t be boosting personnel to handle the new calls.

Arizona`s government officials need to continue to go through the motions of contacting the federal government on contact with each illegal found on their territory, and then broadcast PUBLICLY each week the statstics of illegals caught and reported under this new law, and subsequently released. In addition, they need to emphasize the refusal on the part of the criminal Obama regime to fulfill its requirement to act on each case.
A weekly drumbeat of this information may start focusing peoples` minds on this critical matter.
Since they are here illegally. Publish the names, address just like the newspapers publish the arrests and court cases in the local papers....Use the internet! Arrest if their DL etc are not in order. Judges still set bond. False papers are still fraud.

You're just seeing the tip of the iceberg with Obama. Wait until you figure out what he has planned for later.
Back during the Civil Rights era, they declared war on a couple of Southern States. They used Federal Marshals and the National Guard, which had been Federalized and placed under Fed control. I don’t think it would be quite as easy now, and certainly would take a lot of resources.
So the Agriculture Dept. can suspend existing agreements with Georgia.
The IRS can suspend existing agreements with Florida.
The Pentagon can suspend existing agreements with California.
HUD can suspend existing agreements with Michigan.
Any existing agreement with any state can be suspended by the federal government for any reason.
