Political Islam, which is the heart of the Muslim Brotherhood, is anti-modernity, anti-progress, anti-human rights, anti-democracy, anti-peace, anti-otherness, anti-pluralism, anti-women's rights, anti-liberal education, and anti-free-and-critical thinking -- BY DEFINITION.

I cannot believe the "rumors" that the US wants to see members of the Muslim Brotherhood as Egypt's new rulers. If this "rumor" is correct, that policy decision will be the most gigantic, monumental strategic mistake made by the US since the end of WWII. Such a policy decision would also reflect nothing but an amazing inability to understand that while there are many moderate Muslims, there does not exist such a thing as even one moderate Islamist.

Those who speak about "moderate Muslim Brothers" desperately need a great deal of education about the history, nature and literature of political Islam -- and by world-class scholars, not by the likes of of Tarek Ramadan and his peers at ICNA, ISNA and CAIR who, by falsely claiming they speak for all Muslims have mastered the game of "fooling the West."

Finally, I hope that the US shall not repeat its grave mistake of 1979, when the US and Saudi Arabia formed the Mujahedeen movement(s) in Afghanistan -- a mistake which ultimately drove the world towards September 11th, 2001.

In light of recent events is undeniable that the Egyptians suspected of liberal parties from the outset that the U.S. President, Barack Obama, had planned to snatch the liberal revolution of the Egyptians and to bring Egypt to the Muslim Brotherhood, which is more based . Reasoning with hindsight every move made by the U.S. in recent months is in this sense. And in hindsight even in other states “victims” of so-called “Arab spring” the situation is the same. In all cases Islamism Salafi has snatched the liberal revolution transforming it into an Islamic revolution very similar to that of Iran. Madness has overtaken Washington, and the world. Every day this past week has brought fresh reports of more people murdered in Afghanistan over the burning of some copies of the Qur’an at Bagram Airfield. In response, every day new apologies come from American officials. Barack Obama, Leon Panetta, the commander of NATO troops in Afghanistan, General John Allen, and others have all issued abject apologies to Afghan President Hamid Karzai, the “noble people of Afghanistan,” and everyone else in sight.

Even the most minor of officials are getting into the act: Peter Lavoy, acting assistant secretary of defense for Asia and Pacific security affairs, scraping the bottom of the barrel for a suitable object for his abject submission, apologized to Muslims in the Washington, D.C. area.

Will there be stonings of adulteresses, amputations of the hands of thieves, and beheadings of apostates from Islam and blasphemers of Muhammad on the Mall? If you think these are absurd questions, consider that these are all elements of the same Islamic law that Obama has now vowed to enforce in regard to the burning of the Qur’an. Meanwhile, Secretary of State Clinton has held a closed-door meeting with the Secretary-General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) in order to discuss strategies for enforcing Sharia restrictions on free speech regarding Islam in Western countries. Obama’s Justice Department has gone to court more than once to compel American businesses and educational institutions to change the way they operate in order to accommodate particularities of Islamic law and practice.

IF BURNING THE QUR’AN IS NOW A CRIME FOR AMERICANS, AND WE ARE THUS NOW SUBJECT TO ISLAMIC LAW, HOW MUCH SHARIA ARE WE UNDER? TO WHAT EXTENT HAVE WE CAPITULATED? WHERE DOES OBAMA DRAW THE LINE, IF ANYWHERE?

What will be the outcome of all this? No one knows or cares, because even conservative news outlets are now bowing to delicate Islamic sensibilities and dropping coverage of jihad news. It’s over ten years since 9/11, and nothing much has happened since then, right? And there is so very much election coverage to be gotten to.

Never mind that the jihad’s continued advance is best illustrated by Obama’s eagerness to appease, and by the collective Western failure to stand up and say what should be said to what General Allen called the “noble people of Afghanistan”: “What madness has overtaken you? None of the people you have killed ever burned a Qur’an. And are your Allah and your Muhammad so fragile that burning one copy, or even a few copies, of a book of which millions and millions of copies exist, really hurts them so much that you think killing people who had nothing to do with it is a proper response? No killing is appropriate in this case, even of those who did this. You people have gone mad. All decent people should rise and condemn you.”

America's Enemies Within

We have allowed our enemies, often posing as friends, "Conservatives/Republicans (SEE: TRAITOR, Grover Norquist) or so-called "Muslim Civil Rights Groups" (SEE: CAIR) or even our Commander in Chief who is more concerned with appeasing defending, and supporting our Enemies (To include the Muslim Brotherhood...WELCOMED within his Administration) to infiltrate our country. It's time to throw them out!

To convince the world that sharia-based laws protect personal freedoms and human rights for all, Islamists engage in the time-honored Muslim tradition of lying about their own beliefs to conceal their true nature. This form of deception is known as “taqiyya.” Egypt’s Muslim Brotherhood is engaging in taqiyya as it prepares to lead Egypt’s newly elected parliament and to assure Egyptian citizens and the world at large that they are peace-loving advocates of universal human rights. The Obama administration is buying this taqiyya hook, line and sinker — and spreading it.

Just last week, for example, U.S. Ambassador to Egypt Anne Patterson met with the Muslim Brotherhood’s Supreme Guide Mohammed Badie, congratulating the group for the victory of their political wing, the Freedom and Justice Party (FJP), in the elections for a new parliament.

She listened attentively as Badie assured her that sharia law “ensures personal freedoms for all.” When Badie told her the United States had to prove to Muslims that it has seen the error of its ways in past dealings with the Muslim world, Patterson followed the lead of President Obama. She apologized for what she said were past American mistakes and promised that the U.S. will “learn from them to avoid their recurrence in the future.”

Back in Washington, D.C., State Department spokeswoman Victoria Nuland said in a January 5th press briefing that the United States trusts the Muslim Brotherhood party’s good intentions. Choosing to downplay an interview by a senior Muslim Brotherhood leader with Al Hayat, in which he said that the treaty with Israel is not binding, Nuland responded:

We’ve seen this press report. I would say that it is
one member of the Muslim Brotherhood. We have‬ had other assurances
from the party with regard to their commitment not only to universal human rights, but to the international obligations that the Government of Egypt has undertaken.

The Muslim Brotherhood and its Obama administration partners in taqiyya ask us to accept at face value the Brotherhood’s current face of moderation. We are supposed to believe that it has eschewed violence, wants to maintain peaceful relations with Israel and is dedicated to fostering an open pluralistic democracy in Egypt in which all of its citizens are treated equally.

The article misses Hillary's most "personal" connection to the Muslim Brotherhood: her "ever-present" "most powerful" and "closest of assistant" (MSM descriptions) Huma Weiner Abedin.

With the Muslim Brotherhood taking the Egyptian presidency, contemplate what a Huma "assisted" Hillary taking the US presidency would mean.

So the mother of Hillary's Huma serves with the wife of Egypt's Brotherhood President Mursi as leaders in the female branch of the Muslim brotherhood. That's what a Huma assisted Hillary taking the US presidency would mean!

Huma as Hillary's Islamic equivalent of FDR's Alger Hiss?

Though we are all aware of Obama's proclivity towards appeasing Islam and Islamic Republics; his negotiating with our enemies (Taliban); his release of captured Terrorists; his support of the "Arab Spring" in the ME which has led to the takeover of those countries by Radical Islamists; etc, many are not aware of what he has done to facilitate their (Islamists) acceptance and appointment to positions of "trust" within our own Government
