White House spokesman Jay Carney issued the following statement in response to the Egyptian presidential election:
"The United States congratulates Dr. Mohamed Morsi on his victory in Egypts Presidential election, and we congratulate the Egyptian people for this milestone in their transition to democracy.
"We look forward to working together with President-elect Morsi and the government he forms, on the basis of mutual respect, to advance the many shared interests between Egypt and the United States. We believe that it is important for President-elect Morsi to take steps at this historic time to advance national unity by reaching out to all parties and constituencies in consultations about the formation of a new government. We believe in the importance of the new Egyptian government upholding universal values, and respecting the rights of all Egyptian citizens including women and religious minorities such as Coptic Christians. Millions of Egyptians voted in the election, and President-elect Morsi and the new Egyptian government have both the legitimacy and responsibility of representing a diverse and courageous citizenry.

You know, this might have been the one time that Obama and his crew kept their gaw-damned crap-emitters shut.
They just sealed the deal on World War Three.
Thanks, asswipes.

Things will now get much worse for minorities and women, particularly Coptic Christians, and the US Obama supporting media will turn away and not report what is happening or publish propaganda pieces on the great advance for democracy taking place in Egypt.

” a hundred bucks says the boy in the white hut sets up a meeting and BOWS to this POS as soon as possible...”
This all shows the significance of BHO’s first speech in office “reaching out” to the Islamists in Egypt.
He’s kept his promise to them at our own peril.
WHY are the politicians who could do something about him so blind to what’s really happening and how the Wan endangers America at every turn??? Do none of them put their country first and don’t they realize that if it’s down the tubes, there will BE no more elections or politics?
If even a few would stand up and speak truth to the people, millions more would thank them than would vilify them.

Egypt will devolve into Iran on the Mediterranean. Soon impoverished hordes of refugees will be flooding into what’s left of Europe. The US has been sending the Egyptian military two billion dollars a year for the past thirty years. Great return on investment. Obama will probably double the contribution.

White House spokesman Jay Carney issued the following statement in response to the Iranian Imamial election:
"The United States congratulates Ayatollah Khomeini on his victory in Iran's Imamial election, and we congratulate the Iranian people for this milestone in their transition to democracy.
"We look forward to working together with Imam-elect Khomeini and the government he forms, on the basis of mutual respect, to advance the many shared interests between Iran and the United States. We believe that it is important for Imam-elect Khomeini to take steps at this historic time to advance national unity by reaching out to all parties and constituencies in consultations about the formation of a new government. We believe in the importance of the new Iranian government upholding universal values, and respecting the rights of all Iranian citizens including women and religious minorities such as Coptic Christians. Millions of Iranians voted in the election, and Imam-elect Khomeini and the new Iranian government have both the legitimacy and responsibility of representing a diverse and courageous citizenry.

If even a few would stand up and speak truth to the people, millions more would thank them than would vilify them. Sometimes yes, sometimes no, though it only takes one crazy to break the entire whole most of time. And thinking further you may have hit the hammer to nail.
