I tried footnotes this time, instead of hyperlinking the pertinent sentences. Let me know which you prefer.

I always figured that there had to be a subliminal reason why the Democrats picked a Jacka$$ to be the party symbol.

Well done, and thanks for the revealing footnotes. I had not ever heard about the non-existent biofuels business, but it does not surprise me a bit.
I decided some time ago that most everything this Administration does is fully intentional and that even their mistakes are byproducts of purposeful policies.

Well written Laz. However, any number of us here can cite so many other egregious actions by the Bambi administration and Congress, as you well know. Still, thank you for the above. Looks like you're getting tired of this insanity into socialist oblivion, also. Good to see you can get past your sexual innuendo and make a point.
Solutions?
Term limits;
Sunset clauses for non-essential legislation;
Eliminate/reduce various agencies and bureaucracies through dis-funding;
Constitutional Amendment to repeal the 17th Amendment;
Constitutional Amendment to require a balanced budget, much like many States have;
Limited funding for re-election dollars. Yes, I know that supposedly runs contrary to the 1st Amendment, but 1st needs to be refine so as not all inclusive and and hurt our system;
Re-affirmation of the 9th and 10th Amendments for States' Rights;
All federal government employees, including the President, live within all legislation. I think that was passed by the Newt's "Contract for America", but wasn't signed into law. If it was...what happened?
More adjustment of the welfare system. Had a good start with the Republican congress during Clinton years, but is now being abused again;
Either a flat tax or a sales tax to make the some 49% who don't pay into the system, PAY THEIR FAIR SHARE FOR THE SAME SERVICES PROVIDED!
I can go on if you make me King of America for just one day. Give me 24 hours of absolute power and I could give us "hope" and "change" back to our Constitutional principles that changed the world for the better. The "gimmes" will have to depend on the generosity of the Churches and Charitable organizations.
Okay, I may need 48 hours, but after that, I'm kicked out.

I'd like to say the current admin is ideological, leftist, radical, incompetent, foolish, etc. But that would be giving the benefit of the doubt.
I believe they are knowingly evil.

Remember the scene in the remake of Cape Fear when Robert DeNiro starts babbling and talking in tongues?
I think of it whenever Pelosi speaks these days.
She's always been insane, but the pressure the party of "diversity and tolerance" is under these days seems to be making her condition percolate to the surface with a vengeance these days, not that that's a bad thing.
I come down firmly on the side of both footnotes and hyperlinks. But if you could use "ibid" once in a while for the footnotes so that I can feel smug for remembering what it means, then I'm for footnotes.
My needs are small.
To: Lazamataz
Laz: Very nicely done. Look forward to your future editorials.

Good post. Also like the footlink thingy. My only recommendation would be to add "target=a" (<a target=a href=...>) to your hyperlinks so the referenced footnotes would open in a separate dedicated window. Then you wouldn't have to keep backing up or right clicking to open in new window.
