Republicans on the committee believe Holder prepared a document for Obama describing all about F£F and that is why they are withholding the documents. Whether Obama actually saw the document is the question.

My guess is, YES, he knew all about it!

Remember, the committee already has some of the withheld documents given to them by whistleblowers. Holder and Obama don’t know what documents the committee possess.
