Despite President Obamas use of executive privilege this morning, the hearing before a vote on holding Attorney General Holder in contempt proceeded. And proceeded.
Minutes ago, the vote took place.

“When Chairman Issa later began his own investigation, I made it clear that the Department would cooperate with all appropriate oversight requests, while still adhering to our legal obligations to protect information involving ongoing law enforcement investigations, legally-protected grand jury material and other sensitive information whose disclosure would endanger the American people or our agents investigating open cases.”
So how then are some of the most highly classified activities in our intelligence agencies regularly briefed to the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence and the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, even when there are no scandals?
RATs is RATs, including each and every one of the so-called "blue-dog" democRATs.They vote as they're told or face a primary.
RATs don't own their own vote and they never support the people...only corporate government.
RAT voters are just plain stupid.
Dear Congressman Issa, I am writing to you to express my gratitude for your diligent pursuit of the truth behind the "Fast and Furious" gun running program. Please doggedly continue your efforts, even in the face of the distortions and lies from the opposition. Remain steadfast and do not become disheartened. Your honest and true leadership has not gone unnoticed. Thank you.
Thank you! And for anybody else who wishes to send Issa a message here is the link to his email...

Then he can not be pardon by Obama?
This is going to play out past the election. Obama will be out of office. The repubs better push this for prosecution, as it may implicate many high level dems.
Me too. Let’s see what Boehner does with the House vote...
I couldn’t agree more, they are detestable.
So what exactly will this vote amount to? It’s not like it will pave the way to get him removed from office, will it?
yep! hell of a post bro!
So, let me get this straight: you're saying the use of UNPRECEDENTED is in all actuality UNSUSTAINABLE?
(Sorry; buzzword metahumor.)
Unsustainable, of course! Not only that, unnecessary, unrealistic, unbelievable, inappropriate, unproven... I could go on. It becomes hilarious as you hear all the talking heads starting to use the same word about him and everything he does, even when he has done NOTHING that remotely qualifies as unprecedented. That word used to mean: never before seen or without precedent, something entirely new. With the exception of his race with his election to the highest office, there is NOT anything he's done that can truthfully be said to be without precedent. It's like when the media got the word "gravitas" as speaking of George Bush's lack thereof. Before too long everyone was using it. With this pet word of Obama, for Obama, we keep seeing it used for the past four years. It's getting OLD and no longer means anything. It's a joke! I'd like to see in the yearly list of words we need to get rid of.
A congressman for whom I campaigned, Joe Walsh, made me proud once again by his vote.
I.E. does this action have any teeth?>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
You bet it does.
US Marshals or the FBI can now enter Holders DOJ offices and seize documents by the boat loads.
The shredders over at DOJ have been running 24/7 for weeks.
