Government employees do not take illegal actions without orders from above. Otherwise they would lose their jobs.

There will be no impeachment ever brought by the Republicans - they learned their lesson in 1998. THEY SHOULD BE IMPEACHING HIM - should have over a year ago.

(this isn’t a speech btw he is speaking in a House session — asking for something from Holder to be put into the record)
this untimely assertion (of ExPriv) falls short
this committee will be considering today a very narrow contempt...we owe it to the Terry family to continue

This is interesting. I was watching Fox this morning and the reporter indicated that Obama is not involved in this because he hadn’t declared executive privilege and now he has.
What will this do to the scheduled vote this morning at 10 eastern on contempt for Eric Holder?

Headline in red on Drudge, linked to FNC.
The leftists will cheer. Contempt proceedings will ensue. Holder will step down to “end the distraction”. I believe any replacement must be confirmed by the Congress.

Executive privilege doesn’t apply.
This is not a White House issue.

"Hillary should immediately separate herself from these criminals, otherwise she may be implicated as well and thus forfeit any future political aspirations on the national level."
Too late. For "Fast and Furious" to do what it did required input and concurrence from Hillary and her people at State. If the repubs have the huevos for it, they could take down every major figure in the Dem party. Collateral damage is going to be epic.

BS lady! You have nothing but negative things to say and lack any kind of analytical objectivity. The MSM no longer has the clout it did in the 1970s. There is more TV stations, talk radio and the Internet so the game has changed.

By my understanding, the only way he can claim Executive Privelege is if the executive is directly involved.

It is clear that Hilder (aka Criminal #2) requested yesterday’s meeting as nothing more than a delaying tactic to give Obama (aka Criminal #1) time to protect him.
Who would’a thunk it?
By the time this is over Watergate will seem like a picnic at Sunnybrook Farm.

How will the media prop up Obozo with this claim of executive privelege? To do so means they must accept the premise that he was lying to them all along regarding his involvement.

That they waited so long to claim the privilege undermines its validity. They are stallllling. Soetoro would be the first President to not finish his first term alive if they can't get to November.
To: Mom MD
Not really. If Issa really had a spine, he’d have Cummings arrested for obstruction of justice and conspiracy RFN.

Doesn’t granting executive privilege mean Obama has just taken responsibility for the program and its outcome?

By extending executive privilege (or at least trying to do so), is not Obama "aiding and abetting" should criminal activity be exposed?

Doubt it.
The "Dumbo" Party discredited the impeachment process by chasing after Slick Willy's peccadillo's.
To the common (public school educated) citizen, impeachment is a sick joke of some sort not the most critical power held by the people to protect "we the people" from corruption in high places.
Good work, Republicans.
