Hasn’t been a good few weeks for Federal Prosecutors. It’s not as though Ive been rooting for them anyways.

Thank you for pissing away all that money on nothing!!!

The only thing worse than spending money on this debacle was the verdict.

So, if lying to Congress is a crime, when does the trial of Eric Holder start?

Congress lies to us everyday. Why should we care if someone lies to them?

I view this as the jury saying “go get doing something useful” to the Feds. Frankly, I believe Clemons was guilty of perjury. on some counts. Not that I care. I really don’t.
Unfortunately, this probably means they are going to clean Zimmerman’s clock.

There is no doubt that that roided-out douchebag cheat Clemens lied to congress, but I don't know why congress ever felt that it was their job to ask him those questions.

Let Major League Baseball police its own mess. Congress has no business interfering in private affairs.

This was another example of congress and the courts wasting the taxpayers money on issue that was best handled by the industry.
Now I wonder about all of them sportswriters that have said they will never vote for Roger to join the Hall of Fame .

I am very upset with this verdict! I mean, how am I going to sleep tonight knowing that Clemons lied to Congress about something that Congress should have NEVER EVEN BEEN INVOLVED IN and then he got away with doing to Congress, what it does to us everyday? Oh let me start counting the sheep now so that I might have some peaceful slumber!

Ok, I can stomach this.
Unlike that Brewer mvp outfielder what's-his-face. He did not ‘win’ the allegation against him, no matter what the 3 panel arbiters (bought activists) decided.

I can't stand Roger Clemens!
But only someone with his wealth would afford a top-notch defense attorney.
I saw a chart the defense put up with all the flights to different cities the government sent lawyers to investigate and take depositions.
I bet the government spent 50-75 million on this case alone.
To: navysealdad
I neither know nor care about Clemens' issues with Congress.
The fact that this is "news" to the news media, is a laugh when the same dudes could care less that Eric Holder is and has and continues to "lie to Congress (and thus the people of the United States of America!)
