President Obama on Monday nominated two lawyers to fill vacancies on the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, a powerful panel to which he has so far been unable to appoint anyone since taking office.
Mr. Srinivasan also represented several clients at O'Melveny and Myers that conservatives are likely to criticize him over, filing amicus briefs on behalf of groups opposed to voter photographic identification laws and supporting affirmative action policies in university admissions.
Republicans cited several reasons for their opposition to Ms. Halligan, including that as New York's solicitor general she had advanced the theory that gun manufacturers could be held legally responsible for crimes committed with firearms. Last year, the Republican Senate leader, Mitch McConnell of Kentucky, called her an extremist.
"We shouldn't be putting activists on the bench," Mr. McConnell said at the time. "I think she would use the court to put her activist judicial philosophy into practices, and for that reason alone she shouldn’t be confirmed."

I’d vote for Fascists, I’d bet that they are both fascists, that could include parts of the philosophies of all of those that you suggest.
Here is an interesting paragraph about one of the choices:

It was not a “rule” but a Senate tradition. No action on appellate judges starting 6 months before a presidential election. District court ones traditionally can go up to 2 months before. Every once in a while McConnell does something right. Hussain is nominating these so he’ll have GOP ‘obstructionism’ to complain about leading up to this election, even though as Senator Hussain he did the same before the prior one.
Not to worry...Obama can count on at least 5 RINO douchebags (BrownEye, Snowjob, RumCollins, Drac-Lugar and Mur-cow-ski) to make sure he gets his confirmations.

Didn't you get the Memo? Romney and Obama are identical in every way. In fact, the Judges Romney would Nominate would be far worse than any Stalinist Obama would Nominate.
I know it's true, I read it right here on Free Republic. Obama and Romney were separated at birth and they were both raised by Communists in both Indonesia and Michigan.
