I drive through New York and Connecticut often. I see as many people talking on their cell phones there as I do in states where it is not illegal to do so. People will usually hold the phone in their right hand (leaving their left, their less coordinated hand to control the vehicle) and attempt to use the phone surreptitiously.
Without commenting on the danger or lack thereof concerning phoning and driving, it seems a large segment of the population in those states disagrees with the ban on cell phone use.
Why do they allow their government to dictate law to them that they disagree with???

its called the State Insurance Commissioner. His clients are the Insurance Companies. They essentially write the legislation. If the legislature doesn’t pass it...they buy a new state house over the next coupla election cycles...

I for one do not think people should be talking on a cellphone while driving but I also do not think it calls for an arrest unless the person gives the police something to arrest them for..A ticket or a warring is what should be given..
I am sure Obama has Chris on his hate list along with many more..
