If you stop them, check them. If they are illegal, detain them. Make them afraid, very afraid.....make them want to go the hell back to where they came from.

... understand the circumstances that would let them question someone about immigration status.

This is on par with the Communist Democrat Party objecting to voter ID. It is one more example of political correctness silencing those with common sense. Next will be a law against criticising the government.

There is nothing strict about AZ immigration law. It is the same as the fed law.

In Florida, I have to have to produce an original issue SSAN card, a certfied copy of my birth certificate,a copy of my marriage and in my case, divorce documents, and a current utility bill to prove my “identity” in order to renew my deacdes old drivers license.

Meanwhile, today there was a report in the local liberal rag that my Republican governor, Rick Scott, assured local farmers and ranchers that under no circumstances would they be required to e-verify the SSAN/ITN numbers proffered by migrant workers to prove legal status as foreign workers.

Because that would not be “fair” to ask them to compete against other farmers and ranchers who don’t use e-verify!

WTF is going on in this country?

Everyone is predicting a total win for Arizona, and that is making me very nervous.

The Supreme Court is not that predictable. We need to keep our enthusiasm within bounds until there is something solid to celebrate.
