President Barack Obama is rapidly losing support among African-American voters in North Carolina, a new poll out today from the Democratic-leaning Public Policy Polling shows.
The poll finds that Mitt Romney would get 20 percent of the African-American vote if the election were held today, compared with 76 percent for Obama. Overall, Romney has a 48 percent to 46 percent lead on Obama in the crucial swing state.
Obama received 95 percent of the support from African-Americans in North Carolina in the 2008 election, compared with just 5 percent for Republican nominee John McCain.

If they don’t show up to vote for someone other than Obama, it won’t matter - there will still be enough ballots printed and allocated for everyone who is registered, whether they show up or not. It’s the no-shows whose unclaimed ballots will be hijacked by party hacks, but the hacks’ll only be able to do it in precincts where they either control al the election judges or where the judges are known to be unobservant, lazy or easily distracted.
I paid a visit to NC a few months ago.
I saw many offices, stores that had been built within the past 5 yrs. sitting empty.
When I entered “shopping centers” on my gps - I wound up at a strip mall that had been built and seemingly never found tenants.
New buildings with the windows smashed in and “for sale” signs up.
It looked like a place that had been expanding quickly and then everything just....stopped.
What the holy hell??
I realize Obama won it in 2008, but I figured that was an anomaly. How can this even be close? If I had to guess I would have thought it was something like 60/40 for Myth.

Exactly! Up here in the North he’ll still get a huge African-American turn out to continue the cadillac welfare checks and faux disability payments.
Oddly enough, the unemployment index on the Southside of Chicago continues to worsen with nary a critical word from those residents about Obamugabe.
There are lots of rumours that Obama will not run “In order to spend more time with my family”.
I think blacks are finding out that Obama is really a white man named Barry Soetoro.

I wouldn’t consider it a slap down, because there is a consistent lower scoring of IQ among “African Americans.” It is well documented. However, I have to interject that although the APA acknowledges the differences in race and intelligence (or at least IQ), the reason for it is still unknown. This has been well documented for decades. Years ago, when I was still in school, there was a lot of conjecture going on between the physical anthropologists and the sociologists as to the cause, whether genetic or environmental. It’s still in debate as to the cause, but the fact remains that on a standardized intelligence test, there’s a racial disparity. You can read more about the subject (I’d recommend reading the studies if you like—I would, but already did read many books involving the subject, years ago—the last about 6 years ago—and am not particularly interested in the topic).

With this particular voting block it is not a question as to who they will be voting for as that is pretty much a foregone conclusion but how many will turn out.As much as the polling shows a 20 point drop in their support, the group will vote 95% for him come election day when all is said and done. Romney has to hope they stay home election day as there is nothing he can say or do to convince them to vote for him. They are the heart of the Democrat Party
Guess that makes also makes him TOTUS. We all know what the 'T' stands for.

That’s right. After the new POTUS Staff has the rugs and upholstery cleaned/replaced the way GW did after Clinton left the Oval Office.
