It has been a Junius Horribilis for President Obama.
Job growth has stalled, the Democrats have been humiliated in Wisconsin, the attorney general is facing a contempt-of-Congress citation, talks with Pakistan have broken down, Bill Clinton is contradicting Obama, Mitt Romney is outraising him, Democrats and Republicans alike are complaining about a cascade of national-security leaks from his administration, and he is now on record as saying that the private sector is doing fine.
Could it get any worse?
Early Monday morning, Obama learned that it could. His aides delivered the news to him that his commerce secretary had been cited for a felony hit-and-run after allegedly crashing his car three times over the weekend. In one incident, the previously obscure Cabinet officer apparently rear-ended a Buick, spoke to the cars occupants, then hit the vehicle again as he left.

For the White House, it was just the latest entry in the when-it-rains-it-pours ledger. This has been one of the worst stretches of the Obama presidency. In Washington, there is a creeping sense that the bottom has fallen out and that there may be no second term. Privately, senior Obama advisers say they are no longer expecting much economic improvement before the election.
Carney had the unenviable task of confronting the full arsenal of gloom at Monday afternoons briefing.
The AP asked about the presidents unfortunate private-sector-is-fine remark. The Reuters correspondent asked about the economic head winds from Europe. Ed Henry of Fox News Channel asked about the looming contempt-of-Congress vote against Attorney General Eric Holder. Margaret Talev of Bloomberg News asked about the Supreme Court striking down Obamacare. Norah ODonnell of CBS News asked about calls for a special prosecutor to probe leaks. Victoria Jones of Talk Radio News asked about the stalled talks with Pakistan.

Ek a sac a ly. ‘Nuff said.
I consider it more like a Train Wreck. Barrack Hussein Obama Dada is absolutely the most offensive President that this country has ever suffered.
One thing I’m sure of : Zero was never a law professor, not even close.
I’ve been saying since January that Zero might bow out for Hillary! All the mediot indications continue to reinforce that impression.
Getting Arpaio to bring irrefutable evidence to light would be a twofer for the media: Republicans would get the blame for taking down "the first black President" AND it would help keep both blacks and hispanics on the plantation. I've been saying it since January that it smells like Bubba is clearing the way for Hillary!
No, no! You’re wrong! He briefly worked at a Baskin Robbins where he honed his marxist policies by redistributing his employer’s ice cream to his friends at no cost to them or himself.
Works out well until the owner runs out of ice cream and can’t buy more because he LOST MONEY!
Shoulda been a valuable lesson to a young Rambo Kardashian.
No doubt it had already been changed once by then from
"Train Wreck at the White House"
:-(

We don’t call him Zer0 for nothing. He is so pathetic, I only give him a vowel. The letter “O” is also a zero.
America may be down, but we cannot let it go to Zer0.
If this country was sane, Mitt Romney would be the Democrat nominee, a real conservative would be the Republican nominee and Zer0 would be a laughing stock.
You are absolutely right. Very good!
{I’m voting for Romney with gritted teeth}.
The American People bear the ultimate responsibility. The buck stops there. An ignorant and ill-informed general public is truly the road to our very ruin, our National Suicide.

The most frustrating thing in all this is how ignorant most people really are.
It’s a wonder the United States has survived for this long.
BAM!!!BUMP!!!SLAM!!!
He wasn’t a Law Professor, he was simply a guest Lecturer due to his Affirmative Action stint heading the Harvard Law Review.
That’s just another Urban Obama Myth, like his great (phantom) Academic Record that nobody has ever seen.
He, he, he, he. . . don’t want to gloat, but, I am loving this turmoil in the White House.
I agree (although I am seriously glad that the guy did not get hurt or hurt anyone else)....However, I kinda wish this was happening in September and not June. We have a long time til November and anything could happen including Obama getting his act together. Plus we have a jerk for a nominee so who know what changes to his principles he will start thinking.
I hope that Sheriff Joe’s boys find out that his Hawaii Birth Certificate is a complex cover-up and the main stream media finally decides to run with it.
I know what you mean. I’ve daydreamed about what would happen if an “anonymous” package showed up at the Cold Case Posse just full of pre-2008 “background” information on him. It would be so... Interesting to watch their faces.
Indeed. The Bozo in Chief could win a second term. That's the bottom falling out.
I picked up the term “Post Turtle” a long time ago and it keeps getting more clear every day that was the perfect moniker. Soros sure knows how to pick ‘em, doesn’t he?
Remember that whole car in the ditch
And FReepers are loving the idea of being rubberneckers watching the carnage the white hut is experiencing.
There was a pretty good clue if you lurked around this forum from about mid-January to late March.
The Newt people were constantly sniping at Santorum for being a less than perfect conservative.
Most of us Santorum supporters agreed that he had his imperfections (who doesn't?) but was still far preferable to the post 1996 version of Newt.
