I agree. Obama was all stealth in order to get elected but then tried to grab everything at once. That was not acceptable to the majority of Americans.
However, he is in trouble with the DNC for not being Marxist enough. After all, he told us all that he was going to do while campaigning but much of it, like transparency, was a lie. The Left is mad that he hasn't done the rest, like a civilian police force as well armed and as large as the military and making coal fired electricity production unaffordable, etc.
The MSM elected Obama by attacking everything Bush did for eight years. Remember the continuous rant about the Republican Culture of Corruption, etc., and then by refusing to reveal the truth about Obama. Any opposition to Obama was called racist. But that is the Allinsky method and it worked.

I have a libinlaw who adamantly claims that she’s not a socialist and neither are the ‘rats and if they go too far, they’ll just be voted out of office. There are certain “points of no return” though that the left is trying to achieve. She doesn’t think those points exist.
