George Zimmerman's public image took a blow when a judge revoked his bond, alleging that Zimmerman willfully misled the court concerning his financial situation. The fact that he's back in jail makes him appear guilty in the public's eye, and that's what matters. Whether or not Zimmerman misled the court is immaterial. In fact, his guilt or innocence is immaterial. His trial has transcended justice; it's now about capitalizing on opportunity.
Zimmerman has maintained since day one that Trayvon Martin instigated their fatal confrontation. Zimmerman's various injuries coupled with autopsy results revealing Martin's injured knuckles tend to support his story. That evidence might be the reason why he wasn't charged immediately after the shooting. Yet he remains guilty until proven innocent in the eyes of many, including the federal government and national media.
Could there be an orchestrated campaign between government and media entities to see this man imprisoned, or even executed? Despite the physical evidence of which we're aware, an apparent lack of credible witnesses on either side of the case, and expert legal opinion belittling Florida's case against Zimmerman, the FBI has launched a hate crime investigation against him. And it could stick.
We might logically believe that the Fifth Amendment's protection against double jeopardy would compel the Justice Department to abandon the case if Zimmerman is acquitted. Not necessarily. According to Cleveland State Professor Jonathan Witmer-Rich, Supreme Court precedent has established a narrow threshold for claiming double jeopardy. "The double jeopardy clause would not prohibit a federal prosecution of Mr. Zimmerman, even if he were acquitted in Florida state court," Prof. Rich states, although he believes that the likelihood of federal prosecution following a state acquittal is small. However, FBI involvement means Department of Justice involvement, which in turn means Eric Holder involvement.

The Sanford police report from the night of the shooting lists Zimmerman at 5'9".
On his passport applications, he listed his height as 5'10".
What ever happened to Brandy Green, the mistress/fiancee? The media keep showing Tracy Martin with his original wife, to the point that one might wonder if they are going to get back together again. One might even hope for this.
I have attended the Homes Association 'meeting' in my 'community', and the numbers were about the same.
Most people seem to be apathetic about the 'needs' in their community, and don't want to waste the time attending meetings.
I don't think so.
It was one of the family photos taken on February 17th, 9 days before his death.
I stated that IF the Skittles and drink were found in the vicinity of the body, then IMO he didnt make it home and come back specifically to attack GZ, as has been claimed.
It has been 'claimed' that Trayvon made it very close to 'home', possibly to the front porch.
Now, if you were UNDERAGE, and you had POT, COUGH SYRUP (illegal for you to purchase), Skittles, and Arizona Watermelon Drink... which would you 'stash' and which would you not worry about being 'caught' with ?
I have no proof he 'had' these illegal (for him) items, but am asking you to consider why he may not have 'stashed' the others.
You are the one that is mad, spraying saliva.
And all because someone posted a picture off the internet that you could find fault with, and start spraying saliva.
Do you feel better now?
Again, Thank you for letting me know that the picture on the left was incorrect.
:" )
Yeah, I checked some other sources on that particular photo, and the ‘sources’ claim it IS Trayvon.
Thank you.
The person in the photo on the right is less mature than what I believe a seventeen, nearly eighteen year old would be. The peron in the photo on the left is more mature looking, perhaps even more bulked up ... and Treyvon was into football and perhaps bulking up, wasn’t he? Your side-by-side makes me wonder if it would be of any use to review all the store videos again, to see if I can catch glimpses of facial characteristics which would be reconciled by one of the photos. I think I’ll do that ...
Good luck finding them.
I also might mention that I can’t find any police evidence photos of the SKITTLES on the internet.
Why the Watermelon Drink and not the Skittles?
I've given it further consideration, and on the photo on the LEFT, his head is pointed DOWNWARDS, whereas on the photo on the right, it is pointed slightly UPWARDS.
I was under the impression that he played football in middle school only, but I could be wrong. He was born on February 5, 1995 so he was just 3 weeks out of being 16-years old.
That causes me to then doubt it is he in the photo on the left. That person looks to be in the twenties or possibly early thirties.
Now, again I ask why you posted the side-by-side? Are you conjecturing that the two are not the same person or that they are of different age same person? ... Either way, this is a tragic story of a good looking young man with a life ahead of him of uncertainty due to his drug use and growing gangsta interests. But that does not eliminate the self defense nature of George Zimmerman's act.
When I got to that pagfe a while back, it struck me that the changed testimony of the supposed girl friend on the phone with Martin said he was talking to her a minute before he was shot. But the ear buds of the phone and phone were recovered in his pockets and the ‘fight’ lasted for approximately two minutes, impeaching the girl friend’s account.
‘just 3 weeks out of being 16’ is an odd way to refer to a person who has turned seventten. Granted, he was more a new seventeen year old than an approaching eighteen year old, but really, he was seventeen. He was also wobbly standing at the 7-11 counter and from putting data together appeared to have tried to purchase smokes, perhaps to use for a blunt, given that the three with whom he communicated outside who enetered after he walked out purchased three cigars and Martin didn’t head back toward the complex until they exited the store and truned out of the picture in his direction before he shows up heading back in the direction of the complex.
I saw that one too among the ‘family photos’ you posted. He is a good looking young man in that photo. Makes it all the more sad for his life to be lost in a hapless way.
