The USA is going to hell in a handbasket in every conceivable way.
Any nation where the evil rapist scumbag Bill Clinton has 66% popularity, deserves what it is going to get.
I still can’t wait until Bill Clinton dies from his STDs so I can piss on his grave, and he damn well better not be buried in Arlington. I can’t piss on his grave in Arlington.
Are they kidding?? Carter was HANDS DOWN the worst EX president! (Obama will take that place of honor as soon as he is booted out of the White House in November). Bush’s disastrous last two years were the result of a democrat-controlled congress.
Bush is a good man. He might not have been the best president, but he loves his country and our military. He has far more class than Carter, Clinton and, especially, Obama.
Article doesn’t say anything about the polling sample, so I don’t consider this worthy. Bush got a bad rap from day one as the media went after him with unrelenting abuse for defeating their darling, Al Gore. Only break came when 9-11 occurred. Yes, spending was bad but worsened significantly under Democratic controlled Congress. Dodd-Frank deserve far more credit for economic collapse than Bush, but they’re protected Democrats, especially since Frank is gay. I think history will elevate his position but only if we have honest historians in the future. Galls me to see how history is being rewritten to suit the author’s point of view.
No surprises here..
Journalists' Feeeeeeeeelings Influence Public Opinion
Those whom the "journalists" hate are soon hated by the apolitical
Lets examine the Sample Used! Knowing the Daily News,
the sample likely contained 70% Democrats 20% Independants,
and 10 % Republicans! You also appear to be somewhat Negative on one of America’s Greatest Presidents! Oh Well!
History will be very kind to George W. Bush.
Of course every sane person views him unfavorably. Thousands of things have gone wrong in the terrible three years since he left office, and every one of them was Bush's Fault™.
One of the reasons Bush made it to the "top" is that, unlike Dims, Republicans are willing to point out the bad points about other Republicans.
I’ve read back thru your posts and it seems that your only purpose on this forum is to BASH BUSH.
Get over it! We have bigger problems with Obama or don’t you see it that way.
Turning his back on the conservatives who put him in office screwed him good.Screw him.
Turning his back on the conservatives who put him in office screwed him good.Screw him.
that will change in November
I’d like to commission a poll to ask what is the most asinine poll question yet? I’d vote for this one.
Consider this is a CNN poll and who watches CNN. Yes, George Bush made some mistakes, but I don’t believe “he gave us the worst recession.” This mess was a long time coming and the Dems caused it, through Fannie Mae for starters. I said when it happened and still say the “financial crisis” was manufactured and the American people bought into it the media hype and perpetuated it. The media gave us Obama, not George Bush.
Give it seven and a half months and ask again.
The press never seems to notice that a large proportion of the negative opinion about GWB was and is from the Conservative perspective. Bush did not do enough to halt the approach to the cliff. That same mass of opinion views Obama as the descent from the edge and a prospective second administration as the rocks at the bottom. If there are any historians around twenty years from now an objective assessment will put Obama in a bottom class of his own and Carter a step above. GWB will probably be put in with Truman as immensely unpopular (but reelected) during his own time but seen far more positively in retrospect.
This is the difference between historical perspective and current events and is totally typical and equally meaningless as a real indicator.
In 1992 a similar survey was done and Ronald Reagan was ranked significantly below Jimmy Carter in approval (46% to 63%).
All this is is news filler and bird cage liner.
Did the article mention the IQ of the people polled?
