Didn't see an actual thread we could use for a central point for election information today.
Lets do this Wisconsin!!!
This is an interesting interactive page that shows voter reactions at various points throughout the state. The large majority of inputs are pro-Walker, including at least a couple 2010 anti-Walkers who voted for him this time.

"What do we want??" "TIME TRAVEL!!"
"When do we want it??" "DOESN'T MATTER!!"
See post #441.
I found the source tweet for the poster who claimed 110% turnout:

“BREAKING: MSN clerk’s office predicts turnout on pace for 119% (meaning more people will vote than were registered this morning).”
But I think it’s bullstuff. 119% just isn’t doable.
Relax... it's just an opinion. Walker has had offices with volunteers spread throughout the state working GOTV efforts. They've made 4 million contacts since January. And don't forget that amazing turnout for Walker in the symbolic GOP primary a few weeks ago. He received as many votes as all the dems combined.
He'll be fine.
Ah...the clenched fist of Communism. You still have three hours or so to put the commies in their place, Wisconsin Republicans...get to it.
“But I think its bullstuff. 119% just isnt doable.”
It is in a state with Same-Day Registration, NO Voter ID, and a city full of out-of-state students, and bussed-in Union goons/SEIU followers.

“A January poll found that even 17 percent of Democrats think recalls are justified only by criminal behavior, not policy differences. If, however, Walker loses, regular Wisconsin elections will henceforth confer only evanescent legitimacy. If he wins, progressives will have inadvertently demonstrated that entrenched privilege can be challenged, and they will have squandered huge sums that cannot finance progressive causes elsewhere. So, for a change, progressives will have served progress.”
Yeah I know, it was just a bit of a gut punch to have all this great news all morning and then the Tea Party and Belling come out pulling Eyores...
The fact that the Left is already screaming about voter suppression is enough to tell me they know they’re in real trouble.
Is there a good station to listen to online?
” The Democrats need an overwhelming turnout in Madison to have any hope of winning. Ejecting a GOP poll watcher, who had only been at the precinct for about 20 minutes, raises suspicions that they may just do whatever it takes to get that turnout.”
I would expect nothing less. There are numerous rumors of out of state buses coming in as well.

I don’t doubt the intensity is high, but they managed, what, only high-60-percent in 2004 and 2008? So how are they able to double the effort from getting a chance to defeat The-Ultimate-Evil-President-Bush or getting a chance to vote in their Messiah in a battleground state?

Then this is worrisome, VERY worrisome! The evil UNIONS have out smarted the pubs there through criminal activity and there ain’t nothing WI folk can do about it!! DANGIT! Tonight will end up being a nail biter to the stubs!
A Walker supporter jus called into Hannity and said turnout is high all over, but off the charts in Milwaukee and Madison... I was pumped until then, but still hopeful we can win big
” I swear, the GD Rats anymore remind me of watching the old Untouchables reruns, with their Chicago gangster tactics, Al Capone and Frank Nitti style. “
I’ve seen em, and I agree.
Nail-biting time! Prayers for Governor Walker!
