Public union dues paid for by the taxpayer are the most lucrative, stable and EASY of all union dues.

Closed shops for public unions where unions dues are taken out of the paycheck by the government before the employee even gets his paycheck is a wonderful closed loop system for funding the democrats.

99% of all union campaign contributions goes to democrats (see opensecrets).

The democrats will fight tooth and nail to preserve this system.
