You can self pollinate if you have concerns.. Bend the tassle over and smack the silk several times with it.
I have to go find the link but I found an idea that I’m going to try at the farm.. Might be something Master Gardener could try.

It’s a gutter garden.
If you stapled plastic over the base and just cut where the little pots go, and covered the tops with plastic and just cut in to place your plants, this would really conserve a bunch of water.
I’m going to try at least one on my deck.
