Say it is 1933 and I found a “religion” and call it National Socialism (NAZI).
And I want to build a temple right in the middle of this jewish neighborhood. And for grins my religion demands that I replace the US Constitution with something called sharia law.
Does my religion qualify for protection?
The US Constitution is not a suicide pact.
But that religion doesn’t call for replacing the Consitution.
In fact its pretty clear on “not breaking covenanants”
Hell, even that evil bastard Osmama Bin Laden agrees with “not breaking covenants”
