Evangelicals, Presbyterians, Episcopalians and Universalist Unitatarians too?

I think all churches should have to pay property taxes and I think that the ones that are purely, openly and blatantly profit-oriented should not be tax-exempt.

I live in a community that has more than 70 churches, no bars and only 3 or 4 sit-down restaurants. Some of these churches are using up blocks of the most valuable real estate within several hours' drive. There is one that is essentially "owned" by a charismatic character who lives in a new 12,000 SF house on several acres, built in the finest manner possible and containing the finest furnishings available anywhere.
