“Hawaii duped Arizona” in its response to Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett’s request to verify Barack Obama’s eligibility for the 2012 election, charges the lead investigator of Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse.
“We have developed incontrovertible proof that the verification provided by the Hawaii Department of Health to Arizona’s secretary of state on May 22 really doesn’t verify anything of significance,” said Mike Zullo, who is in Hawaii to follow up on his team’s initial findings concerning Obama’s birth record.

The statements released by the HIDOH explaining all this are the finest examples, mini-masterpieces actually, of legal misdirection, obfuscation, and all-around CYA that have been been seen in a long time. Nowhere do they claim to have given the WH a Certified Copy" of a "Document on File." Because ... gasp ... they didn't.
Why? Because, FW, there isn't any "document on file."
All they gave Team OBama was a bunch of digital files. Team Obama cut and pasted these bits and pieces up into something that looked kinda like a BC and sent it out to their media pals as a PDF. The rest is history until Sheriff Joe stuck his nose in and backed up my learned opinion (and that of several hundred other freepers).
Now, this foolish young fellow Bennett, out there in AZ got even less from the HIDOH. They said "...matches info in our files. OK?" It's OK with him. He doesn't wish to fool around with the King.

It's a pretty darn impressive digital creation. On a dark and stormy night, a MSM reporter could even take it for some sort of Birth Certificate.
Of course, then a friendly sort can print it out and adjust the color and all. Impressive as this is, it simply is not a Certified Copy of a Document on File." In fact, it's not even a "document." It is a fake.

Was the omission simply a clerical error, or did Onaka omit Obama's birth date on purpose?
Did Bennett accidentally leave Obama's birth date off of his list, or did he leave it off on purpose?
How about this theory: The "verification" of Obama's birth date---Aug. 4, 1961--- was the sticking point that Bennett and Hawaii officials could not agree on for all those weeks, and that is why Bennett had to reword his request and why Obama's birth date is conspicuously missing from Onaka's verification form. That is, Hawaii officials did not want to include Obama's birth date on its "verification" form, while Bennett wanted it included.
To me, without verification of Obama's birth date, Hawaii's "verification" form is incomplete, almost worthless.
Can Bennett correct his "mistake" by contacting Hawaii again and seeking a "verification" from Onaka of Obama's birth date of Aug. 4, 1961?
