SLATON, TX (KCBD) - Parents at Stephen F. Austin in Slaton are concerned about their children's safety after a group of preschoolers displayed inappropriate behavior on the playground.
Superintendent Julee Becker confirmed that the incident did involve sexual behavior, but she says supervision levels on school grounds, especially on the playground, have been increased.
Several parents of students with disabilities called KCBD NewsChannel 11, worried that their kids would not be able to defend themselves if touched inappropriately.
Becker said the students involved were disciplined accordingly and says it was a one-time incident. Josie Dabila, grandparent of a Stephen F. Austin student said she witnessed several events of inappropriate sexual behavior on the playground. Becker says the increased supervision will prevent events like this happening in the future.

There still isn’t much to do there.
Maybe some child was abused and that is why a sex act was occurring among preschoolers.
It could also be a child inappropriately sexualized by their parent having sex (with the other parent or a string of men) in front of the child. If the parent is drunk or just thinks the kid is asleep or whatever. Kids should not be sexualized in that way either.
“Sexual behavior on the playground” was reason enough for us to decide to homeschool. Haven’t looked back since and have urged many friends to follow.
