Marchers say gangs aren't issue ['Justice for (gangbanger) Cesar']

WALLA WALLA — Family and friends of the late Ceasar Chavira, who was killed during a burglary at the New York Store May 4, gathered for a second protest march against the actions of store owner John Saul, who shot Chavira.

Signs ranged from calls for justice to more pointed accusations of murder. Several protestors held signs that read, “It’s Not About Gangs — It’s About Excessive Force.”

“It wasn’t really a gang activity that was going on,” said Chavira’s cousin, Eder Alejandre.

Ramon Gomez, a self-described “friend of the community” added that Chavira was wrong to break into the store.

“What Ceasar did was not right,” Gomez said. “They were both wrong.”

I agree. There’s more than a bit of truth in this. I’ll bet we’re covering part of their college tuition too.

There is a good number of Freepers who are trying very hard to see that we do lose this election.

"There is a good number of Freepers who are trying very hard to see that we do lose this election."

The problem, there, should lessen somewhat, as we get closer to the event. Certainly, we should be able to make gains among reluctant Conservatives, if the approach is right. I am working on a piece, right now, which discusses the Romney candidacy--and how we might work to move the candidate further to the Right.

We need to refrain from fighting with each other, in any event, and keep the focus on waking up as many Americans as possible. That will work for the good, both with respect to electing the best people, and also pushing those elected in the right direction. Ultimately an aroused public of loyal Americans is the only sure remedy to the systematic destruction that has been going on.

Did you hear Glenn Beck this morning or did you check out his website today? Glenn is talking about an ex-con terrorist named Brett Kimberlin who spent 17 years in prison for attempted murder. Kimberlin is now working with the Tides Foundation and Soros to intimidate bloggers who have been exposing his activities. He is working for Occupy Accountablity and uses all sorts of illegal and threatening activities to intimidate anyone who is threatening to expose his criminal activities. It looks like this protest in front of this business is of the same calibre of thug behavior that Kimberlin is using. Soros is a criminal who belongs in jail with Kimberlin and other terrorists. When that other terrorist criminal Eric Holder is finally out of office we can start getting to the bottom of this.

If the bast@ards can use *lawfare* to their advantage, the good guys can too. We have been turning the other cheek for way too long. These are our sworn enemies and they must pay the price when they take away our rights to self defense.
