How’s things in your neck of the woods?
I’ve been havin’ pain in my shoulder and when I let my arm swing when I walk. I had an x-ray done awhile back and it didn’t show anything. Then I had the bright idea of getting some physical therapy to hopefully strengthen the surrounding muscles so I could get more range of movement, well I just irritated the heck out of it I guess. My family Dr. told me to quit that, then told me to get an MRI done of the shoulder. So, I did that today and this afternoon her secretary called me and let me know that they found I have arthritis. So I go to see a specialist soon. Yay rah! I’m “old and busted” like my son calls me! Officially “over-the-hill”. :(

I was the Project Engineer on the 1st group of 700 housing units (with the Corps of Engineers), and also helped on contract administration for the Main Post project...way back when...

Good evening, AZ...more computer issues. Can’t get the desktop to reboot. GRRRR!!! I’m beginning to think it is possessed. I really don’t want to get a new one, but this is driving me crazy.

My sleepin’ ain’t worth a plug nickel. Seeing the Dr. in the mornin’ going to beg him to prescribe somethin’ that I can take on a nightly basis that isn’t additive. That’s what he told me last time. He doesn’t like to prescribe anything that’s addictive. And I agree with him, but when you’ve only taken 3 catnaps in 3 days, you need some serious medical help!
I’ve been dealing with insomnia since I was in college. Many noons ago.

Well, that stinks that you have arthritis...but maybe it’s easier to treat than some other conditions that might have caused your pain. I hope you get some relief soon!
