I believe you are right! I don’t know ANY guy who avidly loves/collects comic books that wouldn’t buy that issue. If they mess with Batman ,however, they will go down in burning flames (no pun intended).
That picture immediately brought to mind the Teletubbies.
Maybe it is, but it'll be cleaned up, one way or another.
Resolved......keep that crap out of the hands of your children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Let the Homosexual community wallow in it.
If I was on the board of DC and saw this, I would move to fire the entire management hierarchy and find someone who was more interested in making a billion dollars making a movie like the Avengers for DC characters instead of alienating customers with creepy stuff like this. They need traditional heroes rather than PC trash.
Too bad I don’t read comics anymore so I could boycott these assholes.
Maybe it's Robin. Or, Batman is a pedophile, too, Boy Wonder.
Amen, tomkat!! I make the effort to NOT use the word 'gay'. I use 'homosexual', because that's the proper term for the orientation and the behavior, be it male or female.
Fudgeman and Throbbin’?
They are probably trying to keep up with Marvel. Marvel already made one of my old western heroes, the Rawhide Kid turn gay. And Marvel also has Northstar-an openly gay superhero that will celebrate a gay marriage this year.
One of my grrrrr peeves, and a simple one we can ALL participate in every day.
I had a whole set of “Illustrated Classics” similar to that when I was a kid. The whole book wasn’t comics, just an illustration every few pages with a condensed version of the novel. It was great because, as a kid, I never would have had the patience to get through Moby Dick, but with those I could still enjoy a lot of classic stories at a young age.
You didn’t mention Alan Scott, the original Green Lantern on planet Earth.
Nobody mentioned Booster Gold yet. Wonder why . . .
You’re right. Alan Scott was married twice and has a son and a daughter.
Wally_Bert, check out “Green Lantern: The Animated Series” and “Young Justice” on the Cartoon Network Saturday mornings. That might bring back the fun of JL and JLU for you.
Aquaman. Or maybe Flash.
