Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio, whose special investigative unit already has found probable cause that Barack Obama’s Hawaii birth certificate is a forgery, says the discovery of a 1991 literary brochure listing Obama’s birthplace as Kenya “puts more smoke out there.” ...
“We act on facts,” Arpaio told WND today. “We started the investigation back in August and utilized my Cold Case Posse to look into documents, the birth certificate and also the Selective Service forms. We seem to have much stonewalling going on.
“But I’m not going to back down. We are continuing to investigate what we feel are fraudulent government documents. We’re going to keep going, to prove once and for all whether they are genuine,” he said.

If it was actually proven that Obama was born in Kenyan, two things come to mind:
1. This would pose the greatest constitutional crisis in US History. How would the Supreme Court rule on this?
2. Every bill signed into law by Obama would be thrown into question as to its validity. Again, how would the Supreme Court determine this issue?
Anyone know when Sheriff Joe’s next news conference will be?
The USSC would never see it. Obama would have to resign in disgrace for being an abject liar and charlaton.
Congress would reverse the laws.
A new constitutional amendment woudl clarify “natural born citizen”, and the proof required for election.
I'm convinced Chief Justice Roberts purposely flubbed the oath hoping it would go through and maybe later (after some documents had been uncovered ?) zero could be removed without a real constitutional crisis.
(I personally believe Roberts had doubts about the Kenyan, but couldn't prove it, and hoped SOMEone would )

I personally think there SHOULD be that Constitutional conflict.

Is my memory faulty or didn’t the issue of O’s birth place come up during a Senatorial debate (with Keyes?) and his reply was some thing to the effect...So what, I’m not running for president.
Other villans include officials that are holding out on Obama's credentials.

The only logical answer is that every bill would have to be processed again.
Being a compassionate nation those affected adversly would be grandfathered.
Later there would have to be a clarification by SCOTUS or Constitutional amendment regarding presidential qualifications.

And that would occur when? Before or after the nationwide strikes, riots and uprisings? We seem to be heading that way anyway so maybe sooner rather than later before he can do even more damage. Its not going to be a pretty picture either way.

At some point don't we wake up and realize THEY (the Founders) are our true authorities and that THEY enumerated rights no one is entitled to take away through time and shenanigans? Once evil and insanity become "law" are we obligated before God to obey? I do believe God instituted all authority, but He expects us to resist evil as well.

2). It would result in huge race riots among those who don't understand and just don't care. It is an opportunity to make our nation better by getting rid of those participating in any riots.
