A medical report compiled by the family physician of accused Trayvon Martin murderer George Zimmerman and obtained exclusively by ABC News found that Zimmerman was diagnosed with a "closed fracture" of his nose, a pair of black eyes, two lacerations to the back of his head and a minor back injury the day after he fatally shot Martin during an alleged altercation.
Zimmerman faces a second degree murder charge for the Feb. 26 shooting that left the unarmed 17-year-old high school junior dead. Zimmerman has claimed self defense in what he described as a life and death struggle that Martin initiated by accosting him, punching him in the face, then repeatedly bashing his head into the pavement.
Also today, a trove of documents are being examined by lawyers for both the defense and prosecution as part of discovery in Zimmerman's trial -- including 67 CDs worth of documents, video of Martin on the night of the shooting, his autopsy report and videos of Zimmerman's questioning by police.
Zimmerman's three-page medical report is included in those documents that the defense could use as evidence.

The morning after the shooting, on Feb. 27, Zimmerman sought treatment at the offices of a general physician at a family practice near Sanford, Fla. The doctor notes Zimmerman sought an appointment to get legal clearance to return to work.

Good God. The death penalty was NEVER in, NEVER. This was never considered a first degree crime. Second at best and now, most likely manslaughter or less.
Right. I understand and wonder if the chief of PD dept looked into that before he left/retired. Like if there were any other school suspensions where he was shipped to his father/the dates. And if they have that info would they be able to use it at trial.
I think his father would have told him they have a neighborhood watch and is that why he was suspicious of GZ?
Do you have a source for that? Has Trayvon’s medical report been made public?
They will work the angle that regardless of injuries, he provoked the unarmed downtrodden minority. The physical evidence will be irrelevant because he “started the fight”. Any white people who put themselves in close proximity to any “potected class” are fools; here in Newark NJ they want hardworking white people to stay after dark and spend money, but the white oppressors know better: if they defend themselves while being victimized by the savages they will end up in prison.

best legal advise—Run out the clock—hold off on the trial until after the November election—then it will not be so important to the media.

Is the medical examiner somebody besides the coroner who claimed in an interview that there were NOT signs of fighting on Trayvon’s hands? Or is this a case where a medical professional told lies in a public interview regarding a volatile case still being investigated?
I had the local CBS station on this morning to catch the weather report, and they briefly reported the medical findings on Zimmerman, then were about to quote Martin's family's reaction--I changed channels before they got to that. They were showing the photos that got widely publicized earlier with Trayvon as a cherubic young teenager and Zimmerman in an orange jump suit. The media is nowhere near ready to call off their lynching of George Zimmerman no matter what new evidence becomes public.

And the right to keep and bear arms means what to you?
We get to keep our anatomical arms attached to our bodies at the shoulder?

My point is that I am very pleased it’s not up to goseminoles whether or not I get to have a gun.
Do not confuse the ME, who did autopsy, with the funeral director who may or may not have been the embalmer(?)!
The funeral director made no statement at the time of the funeral but later when asked reportedly said TM’s hands show no marring.
My take is trust the ME who is a certified Medical Doctor not a “Digger O’Dell”!
The autopsy would have been done before it was known this would be a racist shake-down so yeah, I’d definitely trust the coroner’s autopsy more than the funeral director in the middle of the shake-down.

Maybe because you are a relative NEWBIE around here......and besides.....the JUST-US dept. is rumored to be ready to nail him with a HATE CRIME that DOES come with a DEATH PENALTY.
