Here are 79 examples of Barack Obamas corruption, lying, lawbreaking, and cronyism.
1) In April 2009, antiwar activists who helped elect Obama accused him of using the same off the books funding as his predecessor George W. Bush when Obama requested an additional $83.4 billion from Congress for the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan a provision which Obama had voted against when he was a Senator.
2) In May 2010, it was reported that the Obama administration had selected KBR, a former subsidiary of Halliburton, for a no-bid contract worth as much as $568 million through 2011 for military support services in Iraq, just hours after the Justice Department had said it would pursue a lawsuit accusing the Houston-based company of taking kickbacks from two subcontractors on Iraq-related work.
3) While running for President, Obama had promised that he would not have any lobbyists working in his administration. However, by February 2010, he had more than 40 lobbyists working in his administration.
4) Although Obama claims to support the Occupy Wall St. movement, the truth is that he has raised more money from Wall St. than any other candidate during the last 20 years.

Thanks for the link.
I agree good post. Thanks.
Clicking on the “comments” tab gives you the same list as the “latest posts” section except you can click on the link to go straight to the original post (unlike with the latest posts section ; when you click on a link there it takes you to the latest post in that thread).
The “activity” tab seems to be defunct now (at least for me). It never works.
The News/Activism section does get the most attention I believe. It seems most like to browse it exclusively to filter out the other forums. The reason a lot of Beaking News threads don’t get a lot of replies is because they are already in the sidebar, so there is little reason to “bump” them to keep the thread visible to others.
Chat threads are another matter. They may or may not get a lot of replies. It seems the ones that do are ones about internal FR matters, ones about guns, dogs (especially pitbulls) , cruelty to any animals, and moose and ones about the civil war. Other chats tend to die rather quickly.
Thanks. We love dogs - DU loves cats!
The reason I think he’s a crony capitalist is because he’s always trying to use the government to pick winners and losers in the business world, which is shown by many of the 79 examples.
Thanks for everyone’s comments so far. I hope more people will get to see this.
I just don’t see it that way... North Korea picks winners and losers among their producers - it’s a totalitarian command economy run by corrupt Marxists. Maybe we’re defining the terms differently...
That’s a good point about North Korea. And I did say that Obama had the government take majority ownership of General Motors. And just aubot every Marxist leader has their own personal, private wealth. France’s new “socialist” president owns three summer homes on the French Riviera. I’d be curious to see what classes Obama took when he was in college. Maybe Obama is a Marxist - maybe he isn’t.
Marxisms is a horse to ride for totalitarians. It 'sounds so good' to the poor and ignorant...
If the MSM doesn’t get on to your list, they’ll lose what credibility they have left...
