Are you kidding me? I get that Andrew Sullivan is a man with an agenda and I completely support his right to make his opinions heard. I also understand that Newsweek like any other publication is in business to make a profit and that frequently involves pushing the envelope in terms of catching the publics attention.
But at what point is too much simply too much? When is the shark definitively jumped and the daily bread burned past any reasonable definition of being toast? Ladies and gentlemen, this would be that point.
Politico explains.
Let the games begin, Tina Brown said last week after Time Magazine released its controversial breastfeeding cover.
Brown, whose tenure as editor at Newsweek has seen an array of controversial covers, will respond with the above, pegged to Andrew Sullivans piece on Obamas support for same-sex marriage: The First Gay President.
The poster that comes from this is going to sell millions. Take that to the bank.
Im not such a political neophyte as to suggest that this is unique in politics, but the bold faced, brazen machinations and ham handed plotting which have characterized this evolution in the Presidents position on the subject at hand are rather breathtaking. And Im not saying that people dont actually evolve in their positions, beliefs or ideology. I know that my own attitudes and beliefs in my twenties were a far cry in some instances at least from where I stand in my fifties. Very few of us spring out of the halls of high school fully formed with all of the opinions well hold until the grave.

With Obama, no gaydar is needed. He walks around with a flashing neon sign above him, pointing down and blinking, “Faggot! Faggot! Faggot!”
You know I made a half whimsical post earlier about Obama falling into a phony coma a couple weeks before the election and playing on the sympathy vote of which you speak. I can see the nightly Union/OWS candle light vigils now - until the election.
If he was re-elected he would suddenly come out of his coma.
If he lost he could disappear to Cartegena or Venezuela and never have to concede the election - being the narcissist that he is.
Not too far-fetched. Wilson was paralyzed with a stroke for the last year of his presidency.
I still think LBJ plotted the killing of JFK.
LBJ was apoplectic that the snot-nosed youngster bought the primary with his daddy’s money. LBJ felt that HE was the rightful candidate.
As I recall Paula Jones had a dang good description of slick Willy’s presidential ‘male member.’
Sinclair should do the same. Let’s see if it’s the Big Stick Biden has seen. This is gonna be good, but not gonna sit back with the popcorn for this one. Probably a short feature anyway.
Maybe Sinclair has Barry’s blue sarong he was wearing when his composite girl friend said she loved him, and the narcisstic creep replied, “Thank You.”
He’s queer Jim......
Has Hot Air pulled the story?
“I get that Andrew Sullivan is a man ...”
Second sentence and already the article is making mistakes.
“Probably...”

These ash holes don’t know American history,Democrat (of course) James Buchanan was the first Gay President.
Allow me to present an alternative viewpoint. Quoting myself from other threads:
"One of a continuing series of inoculation shots for Obama. When proof of homosexual dalliances emerges, Obama will be fully inoculated against the effects. It will already have completed the transformation into old news.

Seems if you were single and are dead, either you get claimed by the homos or blamed for diddling slaves or the hired help.
