LOL sounds like the dog didn’t like razor burn....GG
My ex-wife wouldn't put up with a doe with a bad disposition either.
One morning she came in and said "Get me a band-aid, and kill the doe in cage #3." Snarling and snapping were fatal around that ex.

I didn’t mention that drought is an issue, here.
I’m thinking I have to actually stock up on bottled water. Maybe should buy a gallon every time I shop, but it’ll start to take up serious space.
Suggestions?
LOL glad she is an X and your still alive...:O)
I can tell you where there’s an entire, modern nation full of preppers. It’s called “Japan”.
Go to www.galleryofguns.com to get good idea what a brand new revolver would cost. Use your zip code on the site to get a list of area dealers and how much they would charge. Or look for a used 357 magnum revolver (357 mag pistols can shoot 38 spec bullets). They can be lower in cost. Use the same website to look up Marlin lever action carbines that can shoot 357 mag pistol bullets. Again use your zip code on the site to see local dealers and what they would charge for the rifle.
You can't live without water. Lots of it.
Grab your last water bill and see how many thousands of gallons you used last month.

Got it.
Refineries designed to not catch fire. They have triply redundant safety systems for that reason.
And then there are the guys up high that would be guarding the operationm with fairly robust armament. Lol.
That looks like something you got right out of my imagination. THat’s what it’ll take.
And it looks expensive. What’s it called?
You’re probably kidding, but. . .

I meant to post this to you. It is late!
Water can't be stored except for short duration because of the fundamental logistics. I do store water for tornados/wind events, but only 3 days worth. I can also tap fermenters, etc... for yummy flavored water.
After that, I purify and supply my own from local resources.
But you have to have water. It comes right after air.
And bad water is worse than no water. It will kill you quicker.

No I am not kidding. These a food grade shipping totes they run 250 gallons. They one I got was already cleaned and had been used to ship vegetable oil. I washed it out again with Dawn and bleach and the filled it up. Mine cost $150.00 off craigslist.

...More holes than I was born with all healed up, important parts just barely scratched ....:o)
Not about the mileage , just the sudden stops.
With superior numbers of aggressors one never stays their ground. But if they have to ..... then making them take the path of least resistance is key.

Geeze, OK. then you run it through a filter or put bleach in it first, or is it just your non-potable?
“Whatever DID we do before TP?”
Well the Romans used to carry around a stick with a sponge on it. They built rows of public toilets over a trough of running water.
