Bruce Johnston of the Beach Boys unloaded some foul-mouthed political commentary onto both President Obama and presumed Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney recently, labeling both men aholes and further declaring Obama a socialist.
Sound a little harsh for the Fun, Fun, Fun / Good Vibrations singer? Well, see for yourself in the video below, courtesy of TMZ. Obamas an a-le, the musician declares to a fan looking for a photo opportunity. Unless youre interested in never having any money and being socialized. He also warns of what will happen if our President doesnt face re-election pressure: Wait til Obama doesnt have to try anymore. Youre fed.
Former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney, in line for the Republican nomination in the upcoming election, doesnt fare much better: And whos the Republican a-le? Johnston asks the fan, before continuing, But our guy isnt good. You got Reagan and Tip ONeill those are the last two good guys.

Can’t argue with that, they are both a-holes. Always liked the Beach Boys! :)
He’s about right on this. I just hope that Romney can beat Obama and we can shame him into doing the right thing for this country. A girl can dream can’t she?
Oh and “ Good Vibrations” is my favorite BB song along with “Catch a wave”.
They have a new album coming out. Perhaps I should buy it.
OK, what is the unusual instrument used at the start of the song?
True words. Sail On Sailer, my fave BB tune.
I’m so sick of censorship and words, it reflects FEAR.
Cowards censor because cowards are frightened.
He called him an ASSHOLE.
Big deal.
