A few days after the “Toughest Sheriff in America” oversaw his 60th Latino-harassing raid in the Phoenix area, the Obama administration’s top civil-rights lawyer flew to Phoenix and slapped Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his office with a monumental civil-rights tort alleging rampant constitutional abuses, including widespread racial profiling of Latinos. The suit also claims the sheriff violated the civil rights of his critics by “illegal retaliation” that included baseless lawsuits and meritless administrative actions. Now 79, Arpaio claims he’s innocent and dismisses the lawsuit as politicking by the Obama administration in an election year.

Bet these lawsuits consist of the usual Obama approach, which is to hurl mud in indiscriminate, industrial quantities hoping something sticks.

Joe is from Chicago. Joe is a former DEA agent. He’s been a fed and knows how to play the game. He has had way more experience at it then Obama.
We lived under the jurisdiction MCSO for many years. Joe sided with the feds on many issues. It seems strange that he at odds with them.
Here’s a link to an article from WND about what happened in New River, AZ a few years back. Joe was right there with the feds. Joe’s office also protected a crazy psycho stalker neighbor who was also reserve deputy. It took us several years to get the guys badge pulled (which really pissed him off). MCSO protected him up until the point when he went to prison for a road rage incident.
I’m not a fan of Joe’s. However, I agree with him on policies regarding illegal immigration.

This thread article is a propaganda warm up for “revenge of the Latinos” shoot outs against Arizona authorities, as putative pay back for the alleged misuse of authority as falsely described in Obama’s propaganda initiatives like this thread article.Obama’s reaction will not be a crack down on the Latinos who do the shooting, it will simply be “ I tol’ ya!”
And if there is any vigilante self defence activity by Arizonans against Latino violence, watch the DHS descend on Arizona like the herd of fascists they are.

Sherif Joe should counter sue and claim that this suit is retaliation of investigation into Obama’s birth cert and legality of his being president. In that way, all the cold possee infr would be able to be put into evidence in court proceedings and actual birth certificate and draft cards could be subpoenaed. I would love to see that. If that happened, Obama’s “boy” Holder would be the instrument of Obama’s undoing.
This wouldn’t have anything to do with:
