I did exactly what you said.

Source.

Nothing there at all about insulting a woman and being charged with a felony. This just lists resources for victims of Domestic and Sexual Abuse. It just takes a moment. A specific Source please. Where does it indicate that insulting a woman is a Felony?

I refuse to mention his name, but it was the experience of a good friend of long, and honest, standing. Comes under the heading of "emotional assault". The word he used was the four letter one that starts with 'c," and has a 'u' in it.

It's quite a scam, actually. Several private companies offer "Domestic Violence counseling" for a fee, usually $40 or $50, per week, that is court ordered, for 52 weeks. I'm sure it's only coincidence that the owners of these LLCs seem to have some connection with the State government...
The classes tend to be about 30 some, two per night, 5 days a week. That's about $780,000 per annum, for one "counselor" and the more councelors, the income goes up. He showed me the list. There were, if memory serves, about 20 of these outfits in the OKC metro area, alone. That's, I figure, about 60,000 'felons' in the last ten years. none of them spend more than a few days in jail, so they don't show up in prison populations.

That, to me, is a sh!tload of "domestic violence." And knowing about Oklahoma "laws" and "justice" means there is a framing system that would put the Chicago Art Institute to shame. Remember, this is where a state judge was pounding his pud, behind the bench, during hearings, and some lawyer finally got tired of it and reported it. Is Tulsa different? I don't know, but I'm betting not.

I doubt if you are going to find these details on the Net, or in the papers. The Gelding Feminists think that this is only just, The Gays think nothing bad that happens to 'breeders' is bad enough, and the "journalists" are busy condemning the Baptists for every evil ever committed. They have the same opinion of "felons" that you do.

I'm just glad my ex wasn't aware of this...
