Per Fox...
United Nations "diplomats" have concluded a tour of the U.S., speaking to Indian tribes in six states. According to Fox, many of the tribes involved told the UN they need the UN's help in reclaiming "ancestral sacred land," included in which would be the Mt. Rushmore monument and surrounding national park. One is left to wonder just what changes to Mt. Rushmore would then be made. The Obama Administration was reportedly responsible for arranging the UN tour. Just in time for the 2012 elections.
Your $3B/year UN dues at work.
Only when the UN returns Kips Bay and Turtle Bay to the Lanape.
What does this have to do with the neolithic peoples of the Americas?
If there’s an extra dollar in it, they’d put Hitler up there with a corkscrew roller-coaster through his nostrils.
Yuppers. I agree 1000%.
And do you know why it is a better experience in the opinion of thousands more??? Class?? Class? Anyone???
Yes class...
...IT IS A PRIVATELY FUNDED, CONTROLLED AND PRIVATELY RUN OPERATION!!! No government money taken or used to run it. NONE!!!
Who'd a' thunk it huh?
‘Bammy and the rest of DC would be happy to get Flyover Country outta their hair...
the indians have no more claim to this land than I do....they immigrated here and my people immigrated here...they came from another place just like my people came from another place....
The Sioux only lived on the plains for about 70 years. They kicked out the Crows.
If the UN can give it back to them than it seems fair to assume that the UN will also be able to take it away from them again at a later date.
Out of curiosity, just how many “chiselers” would it take to sculpt a proper visage of Elizabeth Warren in stone? We can’t take anything for granite.
*snort*
