Bill Ayers spoke at the University of Oregon last week on the subject of teaching and organizing for social justice. His speech was not free of the radical sentiments he is well-known for espousing (especially in the company of Americas youth). Case in point: he spoke of the end of America, a new world, and what our role ought to be in all of it.
Almost as interesting as Ayers speech itself, perhaps, was how the leftist radical was introduced by the university students. One girl, who described herself as a doctoral student at the university, spoke of the privilege they would have with their honored guest, in an evening [of] radical imagination.
Two others, an associate professor at the university and a graduate student, remarked: Most of us have in one way or another acknowledged the sovereign authority of the U.S. government or the state of Oregon in order to be here tonight, either admission to the university, applying for a job, or just paying the parking meter. We have not, however, asked permission of the [Native Americans] whose ancestral home this is, and to fail to acknowledge that this remains disputed territory would in effect be taking sides, [and] reinforce the erasure of indigenous history and indigenous peoples.
When Ayers spoke, it was largely of how the American Empire is over, and what this means for her citizens (though there was a fair amount of the wasteful American theme throughout as well):
The great challenge for our generation [is] to find a way not just to live differently as individuals, but to find a way to think differently about what work means...

That is what Yuri says... Yuri Bezmenov on Marxist
“Unfortunately for Billy Ayers, he’s target #1 at the outset of the war.”
You’ll have to take a ticket, stand in line and wait your turn for a shot at him. :-)
LOL, I wouldn’t want to be within fifty feet of him for fear of severe lead poisoning.
The dead who lost their lives because of this miscreant cry out from the grave for his bloody death. Simple justice requires he be hanged. Why does it go on living. It’s an affront to America, freedom, and everything good and decent.
what a jerk ping!
Jeepers... Thanks for the ping!
He’s an arrogant little bass turd isn’t he?
He thinks that when Obama is ready to drop the kerchief to begin the killing, he and his gunslut Dohrn will be spirited away by government extraction teams, to enjoy the slaughter on classified and encrypted uplinks while circling overhead in NEACP ("Kneecap") with Axelrod and Plouffe and the rest of the inner circle, managing the MSM on one hand and their werewolves on the other and hopping back and forth between secret fortified bunkers and airborne command posts, all the while spewing propaganda and moralizing excuses ("they started it!" </vast lies>).
He's probably already got his go-bag and instruction packet.
Bfl
The reality they will actually see is that they and all of their Commie scum will dragged forcibly to a wall, defecating and urinating, crying like babies before they get executed by regular units of the US Army who will have had enough of this mess.
A new world is coming alright but Ayers isn’t going to be a part of it. No matter how you slice it, God is always in control! So he better enjoy his little communist friends while he is here.
The U.S. Army has never refused an order, even an unconstitutional one: If you don't believe that, read up on what Lincoln did before and during his ascension to office in 1861, w/r/t the overthrow and suppression of the States of Missouri and Maryland, and the suppression of their state governments and officers.
The proof that he acted beyond his powers, extraconstitutionally, and without a warrant is shown by his loss in the Merryman case from Maryland -- and his subsequent order, never carried out, to arrest the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, for finding against him in Merryman. Chief Justice William Rehnquist was moved by the Lincoln example of inter arma silent leges to write a book about it, All the Laws But One, q.v. You'd better believe that Barky's henchthugs have copies of it.
I don’t! Don’t you underestimate the integrity of the US Armed Forces and those that are in command right now are not Obozo’s choices and are not his friends. Please spare the BS in comparing Obuggery to Lincoln.
Rome never won any of her civil wars. The Devil won them all ..... Rome and the Romans lost.
And America lost her own Civil War. The United States and its owners won ..... and America and her people lost.
Half of them even fought on the wrong side, and thought they won.
Yup.
However, if he can arrange political events as Lincoln did, Obama might be able to get Lincoln's result: complete adherence of the entire U.S. military establishment, and even part of the Southern military establishment (George Thomas, David Farragut -- and there were others), to his cause as the "legitimate" combatant.
Remember that the issues of "loyalty" were no more clearcut then than now, in a contest among the States over the issue of whether the Southern States were indeed free to leave the Union, or were to be compelled to remain, as a military province and an economic march (in the sense of a conquered territory) and a spoil for the enjoyment of the Atlantic economic elite. Lincoln had large liabilities, on coming into office, in the area of persuading much of the Northern public, and the Army, that he could legitimately compel -- use major force against -- entire States of the Union (he did) and other States that had left the Union.
Please spare the BS in comparing Obuggery to Lincoln.
I think he is paying very close attention to Lincoln's success in warring down the People, and he aims to emulate him. Marx admired Lincoln, and so does Obama for the same reason: for his war, and for his conquest of the Southern planters as a resistant class.
He will consult Lincoln's war propaganda and methodes d'emploi as a hornbook to overthrowing us and making us his slaves -- or his victim dead.
I caution you in making comparisons between the 1860s and 2010s. People are not the same and America is not.
Obuggery is also beginning to be perceived as illegitimate president amongst the rank and file military. He is also despised by much of the officer ranks, He will not get far with them at all. So kindly stop comparing today to the Civil War days of the 1860s it just doesn’t wash.
