Medical examiners in Los Angeles are investigating the possible poisoning death of one of their own officials who may have worked on the case of Andrew Breitbart, the conservative firebrand who died March 1, the same day Sheriff Joe Arpaio announced probable cause for forgery in President Obamas birth certificate.
Michael Cormier, a respected forensic technician for the Los Angeles County Coroner died under suspicious circumstances at his North Hollywood home April 20, the same day Breitbarts cause of death was finally made public.
There are mysterious circumstances surrounding his death, said Elizabeth Espinosa, a news reporter for KTLA-TV. Were told detectives are looking into the possibility that he was poisoned by arsenic.
Cormier, 61, had been rushed to Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Burbank after complaining of pain and vomiting.
He was transported there early in the morning, and passed away late at night, Ed Winter, assistant chief of operations and Cormiers colleague at the Los Angeles County Department of Coroner, told KTLA. It affects everybody when you lose a co-worker, but well proceed and do our job and try to figure out why Michael died.
The hospital then notified Los Angeles Police about Cormiers death.
At this point we havent ruled out foul play, police Lt. Alan Hamilton told the Los Angeles Times. It is one of the things being considered. We are waiting for the coroners results.

“She made a court appearance about Bill Clinton’s problems later that week.”
Yep...and she got custody of Socks, the cat.
“This is different!”
Not really...Socks died.
;o)
Wasn’t that the M.E. in Pensacola,FL?
I believe he said she had heart problems and gave her an injection, when it turned out her heart was fine.
I note that Mr. Sinclair was super-scrupulous in his repeatedly pointing out that there has not yet been any link established between this guy and the Breitbart autopsy.
Would such a link surprise me? Absolutely not, as nothing surrounding the installment and maintenance of this cipher in the WH would surprise me any longer.
Has such a link been established as yet? Not that I'm aware of. With FReepers on it however, I wouldn't imagine it will be long before we know one way or the other.
At this point for all I know, dude may have jilted someone and was repaid with a bitter draught.
Yes, I know he was 61. ;)
I think she would be on the executive level.
Maybe the 0b0z0ids will start physically blinding people on their way to Dear-Leader-For-Life.
I would imagine there would be several people who did the various toxicology and other lab reports. He is listed as photographer as well. It would be better for the bent nose guys if he weren't THE coroner so there's less direct association but it still gets the point across to the rest of the department.
Which is why the good folks who have evidence need to give copies to three people. Those three people should not know of the others and each in turn should give copies to three people themselves. At least then it'd provide you with an insurance policy and if that failed you'd know it would eventually get out to the public. This is also why I worry about Sheriff Joe when he says he'll give info out at such and such date. But his insurance is that his posse also has that info and will release it if anything happens to Joe. Yeah, I know, tin foil and all.
Was she already dead or did she die immediately after? IF she was already dead, then that explains why Michelle and the girls didn't go on the trip. They can't even decide if the cause of death was some super fast acting cancer or complications from the hip surgery or heart attack or age or maybe aliens came down and took her away for all we know. Then she's cremated and scattered to the winds so it's bye-bye granny forever. Dead men and granny's tell no lies.
Who will get custody of Bo when and if Moochelle and her family finally walk out the door and keep walking? Or will he meet with some tragic camping accident?
” Didnt Orson Bean say he never heard of Breitbarts heart problems?”
Yes he did.
Does not mention if he was married. . .
Timing seems to have it's own message however. . .or at least, appears to.
Thank you. I thought I heard it.
It occurred to me today that people who repeat WND is kookdom and eek conspiracy theories etc are like abused people who internalize the abuse and pass it on to others.
Could he have been given small amounts of arsenic over a long period of time?
I'm not up on my poisons. Can't they look at his hair to see if arsenic has been ingested and how long ago it was ingested? Kind of rings on a tree tell its's age.
If they were real think that it would get solved?”
And it would only take an hour. Macgiver (sic) and Miss Marples could solve it too.
Instead of having police do the investigation, give it over to mystery and detective writers.
There are no “co-inky - dinks” IMHO.
“Sorry but, Breitbarts death one day prior to Arpaios news conference and Dr. Cormiers death on the same day as Breitbarts autopsy report is no coincidence. Perhaps Cormier lied about the results to avoid harm to his family? Were the bad guys afraid hed spill the beans so they poisoned him?”
Did Breitbart personally know anyone in the coroner’s office?
Are you saying they themselves were once accused of being a phony conspiracy theory? I’m not following you.
That song goes through my head quite often...I hum through the words I've forgotten and sing on with the rest.
What is your view of WND?
