[dear pawns] --
We're up against a critical fundraising deadline this coming Monday, and we need your help.
We know you're working hard for this campaign, but we also want you to have some fun -- and that's where George Clooney comes in.
If you chip in between now and Monday, you'll be automatically entered for the chance to join Barack at George Clooney's house on May 10th.
Don't miss out -- make a donation of $3 or whatever you can:

Thanks, and good luck,
Michelle
[disclaimer, way down at the bottom of the email (many spaces deleted for formatting. It is obvious, they don't want any no purchase entries....]
No purchase, payment, or contribution necessary to enter or win. Contributing will not improve chances of winning. Void where prohibited. Entries must be received by April 30, 2012. Promotion subject to Official Rules and additional restrictions on eligibility. Sponsor: Obama for America, 130 E. Randolph St., Chicago, IL 60601.
I didn’t know George swallowed...the kool-aid.
I gladly would pay for not being invited........
I think this is illegal.....
Clooney’s been guzzling the kool-aid a long, long time.
What would happen if say 50,000 - 100,000 people went to the site, clicked on the donate link, and then did nothing but left that window running in the background while you went about your day on other sites?
Could it be like listening to the online radio and reading other web pages at the same time.
I'm no puter geek, but it seems like that would tie up the servers with nonactivity activity.
You would have to refresh the page occasionally. Most sessions are 10 minutes, but it is up to the host. They can have it less than a minute.
It probably isn’t worth wasting any time on it. What is better is to inform people what they are up to and to get your local election boards to look at it.
I am also concerned with the excessive campaigning he is doing around the country under the shallow disguise of “official business.”
