Everyone please send whatever you are able to, whether it is $10, $100 or $1,000+. The DUmmies, Morons, Kos Kiddies and that crew are laughing up their sleeves. Jim may have to make this site members only or allow ads. Better for us to just help with what we can. Maybe you can donate as a memorial for a lost loved one, a servicemember who never made it home or was disabled defending our country. Perhaps you'd like to give to keep free discussion alive and to show them that we're not knuckling under. I'm sure a well thought out or prayerful meditation will lead you to see the need and how you can help. If every registered FReeper and our lurkers would each just help out with a fin or a sawbuck, or better yet a Ben Franklin, we could put this to bed and get on with the conservative cause.
2000 some replys ago, this was a thread about finishing up the monthly fund drive. We have since engaged in talk about other subjects; much like folks tend to do when standing around in a group shooting the breeze.
When I mozy over to a group at a party, I tend to listen to what’s being discussed before giving my two cents worth.
And, if the talk is not something I wish to engage in; I’ll move to a different bunch of folks
THAR YA GO AGIN
TRYIN TA BE REASONABLE AND THOUGHTFUL!
Sometimes, there’s not a great market for that in these here parts.
SAVED!
True
Yes the government, thanks to abortion promoters like Governor Romney and co-conspirator Senator Ted Kennedy, God rest his soul) is fully responsible for an entire generation of innocent Americans being slaughtered in the womb.
False; the would be mothers, some of the fathers, and all the doctors are directly responsible for killing the unborn. The government reflects the society, not vice versa.
Could the government stop drug abuse, pornography, prostitution, homosexual behavior, child abuse, kidnapping, trafficing, rape and murder today ?
No, and neither can it stop abortion.
It could promote a policy that opposes abortion but the government does not have the power to stop abortion. The consent of the governed is necessary. If the offspring whose mothers don't kill them decide in sufficient numbers that they won't kill their own offspring, then abortion will be rare and/or obsolete.
THERE went another 45 minutes of my life!
They don't seem to have had much effect suppressing drug abuse. Society is wagging the government, not vice versa. The spice must flow, which is why men love pornography and on FR teachers' guilt or innocence is based on gender and good looks. Genuine Christians are few and far between.
The half-hearted attempts the government makes to reign in drug abuse is nothing compared to it’s black ops efforts to profit off of the drug trade . . . got a lot of bunkers to build and exotic advanced craft to build . . . and death camps to build.
??
But True Scotsmen are EVERYWHERE!
I don't think they will answer your question, but what will be the answer to the Answer Man ?
I suspect their accents are faked.
It could ban the wholesale “legal” slaughter in a heartbeat by lifting the unconstitutional ban on the states from enacting anti-abortion laws. Also, by stopping the unconstitutional federal funding of planned parenthood, et al.
Wrong. The federal government makes it “legal” for them to commit murder.
how the Chinese won the drug war (see Opium War) and that was by wholesale executions of perps. I think they have the only successful model in history. You can try to adopt this for your new party's platform but the honesty will kill the party. I'm not in the market for the rest of the conspiracy menu.
...and likely didn’t plant flowers.
That’s livin on the edge.
No, the Supremes could reverse Roe vs. Wade but that would not derail the legal abortion train. The ungodly will keep killing their offspring wherever their hearts direct them. More than half the states would still keep abortion legal and what would be the limits in penalty for those who offend where it was illegal ? Can anyone involved be executed ?
Also, by stopping the unconstitutional federal funding of planned parenthood, et al.
Concur; why should we be taxed to fund someone else's sin, or choice ?
If they commit murder what should be the penalty ?
Each state would decide for themselves (unless we could enact a ban at the federal level based on the constitutional right to life), but how about starting with jail time for the doctor or abortionist (murderer) involved?
