Wasserman Schultz: Very likely for GOP to lose House, blames tea party By Jeff Poor - The Daily Caller 12:34 PM 04/24/2012
Predictions of victory are taboo in sports because they wind up as bulletin board material to motivate the opposition. But that isnt stopping Democratic National Committee Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz from making grand projections about her partys electoral success come November.
On Tuesdays Starting Point on CNN, Wasserman Schultz stopped short of Obama campaign adviser David Axelrods outright declaration that President Barack Obama would win re-election by saying it was entirely reasonable to believe that Democrats would recapture the U.S. House.
I think its entirely reasonable for [House Speaker John Boehner] to expect that they could lose the House because they very well could, she said. Were working hard to make sure that happens because John Boehner has allowed the tea party to take over his conference.
Later, Wasserman Schultz echoed Axelrods message, which depicted the Republican opposition as extremist and said the House GOP would be held responsible for not offering any so-called jobs bills.
The Republicans have fully embraced extremism and they have brought in two years almost no jobs legislation to this floor and not worked with the president on any legislation to help make sure that we can move the economy forward because their number one goal is political and thats to defeat Barack Obama, she said.

I laugh every time Rush says Debbie Blabbermouth-Schultz!
Freak needs to wash her hair and her mouth out with soap for being such a big fat lying POS. :)

If she really believes this BS, should she not be THANKING the tea party?
Strangely enough, that makes perfect sense to me in this thread...
Nah, the purists and holier than thou popes and priests are going to teach everyone a lesson by giving the entire govt back to Obama Reid and pelosi.
It’s like talking w babies and drug addicts w these psychotic delusional doomsday freaks.
Republicans won house because of Tea Party so will lose it because of Tea Party. That follows?
I suppose that Obama could be re-elected. I certainly hope not, but it is well within the realm of possibility, esp. in this little corner of reality.
However, I don’t see ANY reason to think that Republicans will not keep their house majority and have good gains (maybe excellent gains) in the Senate.
The big O can moan and groan, but the Dems have a. done nothing and b. have no plans to do anything and c. everything they HAVE done is either 1. obscure 2. unpopular or 3. a failure.
I understand this woman is pretty much required to say this, but that doesn’t give it an iota of believability.
Am I really supposed to believe the American public, ESPECIALLY if they decide to stick with the devil-they-know Obama are really going to give the legislative reigns (sp?!?) back to Pelosi?
We may be stupid and Mitt Romney may st*nk, but we are not THAT stupid.
Generic ballot as per Rasmussen GOP 46 rodents 36 - I don’t think so Washerwoman.
