Harvard Law School Professor Alan Dershowitz believes the prosecution team in the George Zimmerman case should be investigated to see if they committed a criminal act.
On the Glenn Beck radio program today, Professor Dershowitz said he does not believe the Florida prosecution team had sufficient evidence to charge George Zimmerman with second degree murder in the death of Trayvon Martin in Sanford, Florida. Unless there is additional evidence, Dershowitz believes the second degree murder charge is baseless. Dershowitz added that he does not see any justification for the prosecution to withhold evidence.
Furthermore, in an explosive charge, Dershowitz said he believes the Florida prosecution, may be guilty of committing an ethical violation, and potentially may have committed a criminal act by charging Zimmerman with second degree murder. If the prosecution had access to a photograph showing the bloodied head of Mr. Zimmerman, taken immediately after the incident on February 26, there was no basis for a second degree murder charge, according to Dershowitz. If it were proven that the prosecution had access to the photograph, and filed a second degree murder charge anyway, Dershowitz believes they may be guilty of Subornation of perjury which is a very serious charge.

...This is an explosive situation because there has already apparently been violence perpetrated by people who believed they were avenging the death of Trayvon Martin. In a tragic situation that occured in Mobile Alabama yesterday, a mob of African-American adults allegedly attacked a white man who had approached some African-American youth about playing basketball in the street. The mob used chairs, pipes, and paint cans to beat the man who is in critical condition. According to a witness at the scene, one of the attackers allegedly said, 'Now that's justice for Trayvon'....

Since I have never read anything intelligent by either of them, I think maybe they write their own opinions. They have spell checkers and grammar checkers to make sure they spell everything correctly and conjugate their verbs. They don't have any "ideas", just marching orders from the White House.
Random Acts of Stupidity.
(with apologies to random acts of kindness)
Thanks:)
It does seem ridiculous to expect a 12 yr old to understand the consequences of his actions which I think is required for a 1st degree murder charge. A prosecutor can overcharge to force a plea deal but I think they need at least a shred of credibility on the greater charge which I think is totally absent re Zimmerman. I’m not a lawyer so it’s JMO.
Al & Jessie, no. But they’re predictable race-baiters.
Obama has set this up so that he benefits politically no matter what happens. If Zimmerman is acquited — and there are a few riots — then he knows his Black voting base is mobilized for the fall elections. If there is a white backlash and significant (gun) violence, then Obama declares an emergency. An emegency in which he gets to finagle the election returns by putting troops in certain Republican locales. Think “Reconstruction” after the Civil War.
When you hear the full extent of what is alleged, it doesn’t seem to make much sense. The 12 year old was in an impossible home situation. His own mother was `12 when he was born? The father was abusive. Sounds like he did injure his brother, but whether the two year old would have died is unclear from this piece. The mom neglected take the injured 2 year old to the hospital/dr for hours. What a mess of a home. The child does need punishment/help...but life without the possibility of parole? This prosecutor doesn’t sound too bright.
How do you get ‘punks’ out of ‘cold’???? He had just exited his truck and was reacting to the weather. Otherwise, I totally agree and it was disgusting to watch Angela Corey’s announcement of charges. I couldn’t believe the level of emotion she conveyed. If she’s known as an ‘upstanding professional’ she blew it big time. I thought I was watching ‘The View’ for a second. LOL.. She is an insult to her profession and Dershowitz has been stellar in his remarks. I once hated him but he’s out of the dog house now.
There is something wrong with Corey. The way she acted at her press conference makes me think she's looking for publicity and big reputation to end her career on. She might get both in all the wrong ways.
It sounded like ‘punks’ to me. YMMV
I don’t think you listened to the same audio analysis as me. He exited his truck and was reacting to the weather. Hence, ‘COLD’.

As I’ve said before, lots of cowards in on this deal starting with the republican governor who caved and appointed a “special prosecutor”. The only ones I’ve seen with any courage so far is the judge who granted bail and the 3 city commissioners who rejected the COP’s resignation.
If you start listening early enough, the dispatcher tell Z to keep an eye on “him”.
So when TM moves away from the truck Z gets out of the truck to “keep an eye on him”. He complains that “It’s F cold!”
Dispatcher asks if he’s (out of the truck) following him.
GZ says that he is. And she replies “You don’t have to do that!” (Get out in the cold rain)
Others have taken the entire thing out of context to manipulate it.
I listened to several analyses of the tape but I heard ‘punks’ before I saw any of them. The analysis I just linked to pretty much rules out a hard ‘d’ sound at the end of the word. In any case you can believe whatever you want to. Doesn’t matter to me.
It doesn’t matter because no one can tell what he said and you even said Zimmerman can’t remember it. It has no legal bearing on anything. Believe what you want.
Nixon law and order when the puke pinkie Bill Ayers and pals attacked our country in Chicago in 1968.
Same idea, same threat, same result. Republican candidate will win.
