Syndicated columnist Charles Krauthammer advises presumptive Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney to counter Obama's negative campaign with a negative campaign of his own.
"Negative campaigns can work, and we're getting a taste of it right now. I think Romney's strategy should be to embrace that negativity. Just go for it and point out -- go back to it and point out how it's a sign of scurrilousness and hypocrisy," Krauthammer said on FOX News' "O'Reilly Factor."
"Look at the mean that Democrats have put out from top to bottom. Republicans, Romney, the war on women, a concocted idea. War on immigrants, we hear from that one. War on blacks. And It's also class warfare, the war on the middle class. You know, comforting the rich and making sure they don't pay their fair share," Charles Krauthammer said tonight.

Wow. Einstein.
Uhhh... They pay Krauthammer to come up with this stuff?
Wow. Einstein.
Yeah, no $—t, Sherlock.
The evil bastard has absolutely nothing possitive to run on.
Identity politcs R uS.
Romney will go negative on his conservative opposition all day long. Anybody here think he will go negative on Obama? or is it more likely Romney tacks left and goes after the Obama voters for himself, if he is nominated?
Thanks i88schwartz.
Stock up on Gravol
and Romney will go with him halfway on most of those issues
Yep, Romney is already talking (behind closed doors) about ending mortgage deductions on second homes and other class warfare stuff, according to Rush.
The Leftist playbook never changes. It’s always the three D’s: Deception, Diversion, and Division.
well he certainly can’t run on his record
Now on Sunday night Romney was here in Palm Beach for a big fundraiser. Word has leaked out about some of the things that he said to the donors. These are things that he's not said publicly in terms of specifics on policy, and one of the things that he talked about was a tax plan. He wants to lower rates but eliminate some deductions for the rich. And I have to tell you, folks, I'm not comfortable with the Republican nominee talking about special plans for "the rich," special plans for "Hispanics." That was part of it, too. He was saying we're gonna have to do some special outreach for Hispanics, special outreach for women. No, we don't. Not as conservatives. We don't have to have special policies for this group and that group or special whatever. One of the tax ideas was to eliminate... Now, get this: Eliminate the mortgage deductibility on second homes. Now, that's populism. We're talking an amount of money that's no different than the Buffett Rule. It's a shame. His capital gains idea is also a little curious, because it, too, is targeting "the rich," anybody making over $200,000 jointly and introduces progressivity into the tax which seems fair or what have you. These are not the things that a Republican, much less a conservative nominee, needs to be talking about or saying. This is Rockefeller Republicanism. This is identity politics. It's the kind of stuff that the left talks about." rest @link (Excerpt) Read more at rushlimbaugh.com ...
Captain Obvious strikes again....
No sh@t Sherlock
Ending deductions while lowering the marginal rates is actually good policy. But you do have to lower the marginal rate or else it is a no no

No.
“Romney is playing the race card (hispanics) the gender card and the class envy card”
Rep. Louie Gohmert, from Texas, joked:
If youre not sure about whether to support Mitt Romney, whether youre liberal, or whether youre very conservative, hes been on your side at one time or another.
Flip-flop-flip-flop Mitt.
Oh, I wouldn’t expect anything less of the Divider in Chief, Mr. Smarthammer.
In fact, I expect much, much more.
Absolutely shocking that the republican establishment rallied with mega bucks, organization and free media coverage behind him.
I am losing all hope.
