Here’s a similar opinion :
“I dont like Mitt Romneys negative attacks on Santorum, Gingrich, and the whole host of others inasmuch as they were dishonest attacks, and thats part of why I dont see much effective difference between he and Obama except the color of their respective jerseys, one red emblazoned with a big R, and the other blue and sporting a capital D.
If this is the best we conservatives can must in 2012, we will lose either way. Romney isnt likely to win, but even if he does manage victory, well be confronted with an administration every bit as much composed of virulent statism as the Obama administration.
Its hard to be enthusiastic about that, particularly as a conservative. Theres still hope, slim and slimming as time goes on, but for now, and until further notice, I am on the Newt 2012 train.
Given the conduct of his campaign these last six-eight months, Im not sure I can support the liberal governor from Massachusetts.
I think many other conservatives share my reservations, and thats why some number of Santorum supporters are now shifting to Newt Gingrich.”

“ElectAd is 100% unbiased. We cover all the candidates. We post ALL ads, events and speeches. We dont play favorites. If a video is avialable we post it....
Oh and well have Newts speech tonight posted within 15 minutes or so.”
That’s TRUE.
I’m reading and watching electad for quite a long time and I do appreciate your exceptional work.
Thank you so much for what you do to keep people informed.
I’m voting Newt too, anti Romney, anti Obama, still holding down the fort in solanco ...and there are plenty others doing the same in Penn’s woods.
Found this unsigned text on the internet. It should go viral:
“Scary Obituary For The USA
In 1887 Alexander Tyler, a Scottish history professor at the University of Edinburgh , had this to say about the fall of the Athenian Republic some 2,000 years prior:
“A democracy is always temporary in nature; it simply cannot exist as a permanent form of government.
A democracy will continue to exist up until the time that voters discover that they can vote themselves generous gifts from the public treasury.
From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates who promise the most benefits from the public treasury, with the result that every democracy will finally collapse over loose fiscal policy, (which is) always followed by a dictatorship.”
“The average age of the world’s greatest civilizations from the beginning of history, has been about 200 years.
During those 200 years, these nations always progressed through the following sequence:
From bondage to spiritual faith;
From spiritual faith to great courage;
From courage to liberty;
From liberty to abundance;
From abundance to complacency;
From complacency to apathy;
From apathy to dependence;
From dependence back into bondage.”
The Obituary follows:
Born 1776, Died 2012
Professor Joseph Olson of Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul , Minnesota , points out some interesting facts concerning the last Presidential election:
Number of States won by: Obama 19, McCain 29
Square miles of land won by: Obama: 580,000
McCain: 2,427,000
Population of counties won by: Obama: 127 million
McCain: 143 million
Murder rate per 100,000 residents in counties won by: Obama: 13.2 McCain: 2.1
Professor Olson adds: “In aggregate, the map of the territory McCain won was mostly the land owned by the taxpaying citizens of the country.
Obama territory mostly encompassed those citizens living in low income tenements and living off various forms of government welfare...”
Olson believes the United States is now somewhere between the “complacency and apathy” phase of Professor Tyler’s definition of democracy, with some forty percent of the nation’s population already having reached the “governmental dependency” phase.
If Congress grants amnesty and citizenship to twenty million criminal invaders called illegal’s - and they vote - then we can say goodbye to the USA in fewer than five years.
If you are in favor of this, then by all means, delete this message.
If you are not, then pass this along to help everyone realize just how much is at stake, knowing that apathy is the greatest danger to our freedom..
This is truly scary!
Of course we are not a democracy, we are a Constitutional Republic .
Someone should point this out to Obama.
Of course we know he and too many others pay little attention to The Constitution.
There couldn’t be more at stake than on Nov 2012.
VOTE NEWT GINGRICH FOR PRESIDENT 2012!”
Read my previous post
Me too Marguerite, if Romney is the nominee than my political fights are over. My time will be spent doing things I love with my family, reading books for pleasure, gardening, quilting, crocheting, sewing, going to the Y and traveling. Trying to make my little corner of the world happier and to hell with politics.
Newt/Palin 2012!
BTTT
TYVM
~ Newt Gingrich
Thank you!
He’s the absolute best we have!
God be with him.
The moderates lost in 2008. The conservatives won in 2010. Let the former Republican GOP elite chew on that, if they will lose decisively in 2012.
Why I support Newt Gingrich, Posted by garfieldjl (Diary)
“A Romney supporter asked me to post why I think Gingrich is the best candidate. So here it goes.
The reasons I support Gingrich are the following.
He gives big ideas, and proposes solutions to fix things, not kick the can down the road. I want things fixed, not popping up again 5 years later.
He knows Washington DC politics, he knows about how everything has been mismanaged, and like the bullet-point above he proposes solutions.
He is able to take the MSM to task and make them look like idiots on live TV.
I think he is fairly charismatic, which would help against Obama.
Unlike the ideologue in the White House, Gingrich comes up with tons of ideas, while this is incredibly annoying when things are going well for the country, it is critical for when we are in crisis. If idea A doesnt work, Gingrich wont keep trying to use A, hell switch to B, if that doesnt work hell go to C.
His record as Speaker of the House, Contract with America, a Balanced Budget, etc.
The fact the establishment hates him, he may once have been an insider, but hes clearly an outsider now.
Hes able to explain Conservatism a lot better than the other candidates.
He would be incredibly hard for Obama to attack, because Obamas own baggage would get in the way.
Gingrich has a clear line of attack on Obamas baggage.
I admire Gingrichs determination and refusing to give up.”

Why I support Newt Gingrich
Because:
I support the Unalienable Rights described in the Declaration of Independence,
I support the US Constitution, and specifically the 1st, 2nd, 5th, 9th and 10th Amendments to the Constitution by fighting against those who would abridge them
I support the abolition of the EPA and look to remake the Department of Education from the ground up
I support a American Energy Independence Policy, want to see drilling opened wide and money no longer sent to our enemies
I want to see ObamaCare, Sarbanes-Oxley and Dodd-Frank immediately repealed
I want to see the whole Government Service bureaucracy scrapped and replaced with a modern model, and stop paying the bureaucrats and crooks
I want to see the right to bear arms as a human right to defend oneself from the danger of tyranny , one that should be recognized everywhere
I want to see a Flat Tax rate go into effect and to see Government expenditures reduced to the size of Government Revenues and the death tax repealed
I support a strong national defense, a strong United States of America and path to its new prosperity.
In a live interview, Newt Gingrich spoke to CBS 21 about his plans for the rest of the Republican race to be the nominee on the ballot for President.
Romney and his Mormonites/Goper's/Obamnites were all behind taking our candidates out...but Romney tops them all. HE couldn't run on his own, had nothing of substance to say and won't fight. So as is his custom, and brain-washed to operate so, most is done hidden and behind the scenes by others "hidden" and operating on his behalf...with the idea that if all our candidates could be made to look unelectable then Romney would be left standing by default.
Newt was the cog in their wheel and why the axe came down from every direction to take Newt out....He still stands but without the support needed to win this as people are swallowing the media's push for Romney.....Newt's still blacked-out. Unless one of the MSM networks open and let Newt be heard then it's going to be tough for Newt to gain the states he needs for convention.
I soooo want to believe different...but the only hope we have is if a network opens up.....or theirs' enough internet push to get the word out.
Not too late for God to open the Red Sea....time will certainly tell.
