My Mother and Sister had bullets shot through and into their car while driving through Little Rock by Obama voters. The police acted like they were put out that it was even being reported and since they were from Texas and just passing through. The Police made it very difficult for them and because of the issue, my family left Little Rock as fast as they could. If a person has out of state plates and is traveling through Little Rock, be wary.
